POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A little post of the race/run whatever you call it this but yea definitely a fun time got to run through the neighborhood on a route that I don’t usually do and honestly I should because it was creative, with that being said I was aiming in between 6:30-7 minute pace but couldn’t get it done at that I should of fueled right beforehand, oh yea word of advice for all the people that I know that is starting to do 5ks, 10k, half marathon use the bathroom beforehand lol it was a rough one if get the jest of it 😂💀😭… with that being said definitely doing this again next year

You can’t control everything
You can’t control the past
You can’t control people
But…
You can control your action
You can control your mindset

Control what you can
Let go of what you can’t

Recently just been going with the flow of life
