Y'all!!! This was the seventh dance class I've taken in the past two years. PREGNANCY. RECOVERY. Then… work picked up for me with Pilates… & between clients and being a full time mama and hoping into an audition when I make the time for it… I just haven't been in the studio as often as I used to be… but here I am. I have however taken 28 classes so far… (Pilates & Yoga & Cycling) to get stronger… build stamina… & return to something that has always helped save me… MANY TIMES in this life & has blessed me to live a lifestyle I plan to continue to build on…

DOCUMENTING THE JOURNEY… It's imperfect but it is what it is. I am grateful to God to move this BODY✨

Getting sharp because I never know what's next. The blessings always happen when you're not expecting anything! 🌟 SIMPLY LIVING IT…
