.
Let's leran about charnushka...One meta-analysis of clinical trials found weak evidence that N. sativa has a short-term benefit on lowering systolic and diastolic blood pressure with limited evidence that various extracts of black seed can reduce triglycerides and LDL and total cholesterol, while raising HDL cholesterol.

It seems most accurate to say that the bread which became known as the baguette first appeared in its most primitive form in the eighteenth century, then experienced a number of refinements and variations before being (officially) given that name in 1920.

Although the word "baguette" was not used to refer to a type of bread until 1920, the word itself simply means "wand", "baton" or "stick", as in baguette magique (magic wand), baguettes chinoises (chopsticks), or baguette de direction (conductor's baton). ❌❌

Fire, Earth, Air and Water. The same ingredients that make planets can technically also make an awesome pizza. The difference is in the quality and volume. Always so fun to hang with good friends and devour a great pie @pizzacsrockville

100%(!) Spelt buns with maple and olive oil topped with rolled oats and chia! ❌❌❌
In Greek mythology spelt was a gift to the Greeks from the goddess Demeter. The earliest archaeological evidence of spelt is from the fifth millennium BC in Transcaucasia, north-east of the Black Sea, though the most abundant and best-documented archaeological evidence of spelt is in Europe. Remains of spelt have been found in some later Neolithic sites (2500–1700 BC) in Central Europe
