Today, Imriel Morgan joins The Fuller Project as Head of Community and Audience Development. Morgan is an award-winning media entrepreneur, strategist, and community builder with over a decade of experience shaping inclusive spaces within the audio and media industries.

She founded Content is Queen in 2017 and pioneered programmes that centred underrepresented creators and delivered high-impact audio campaigns for international brands like Wallpaper*, Doc Society, and The Conversation. Before that, she launched the UK’s first podcast network dedicated to creators of colour and produced Wanna Be, an award-winning podcast spotlighting creatives in the entertainment industry.

Imriel is a strategist at heart and brings both systems thinking and community-centred leadership to her work. Her approach to audience development prioritises trust, participation, and creating long-term value. These principles have been integral to her successful collaborations with platforms like Audible, Spotify, Pinterest and the BBC and we are excited to work with her as we reset Fuller to be both audience centered and impact focused.

A tale of two Peckhams: Black African Peckham vs Gentrified Peckham. The local community enjoys both, but which Peckham do you think the Real-Estate agencies will put on their websites?
The Peckham of the fancy eateries on Bellenden road or the Peckham of the nigerian aunties of Peckham Rye?

Sharai (she/her) and Imriel (she/her) are sisters whose bond as the oldest and youngest in their family is unbreakable. Built on trust, mutual admiration, and endless support, their relationship is a testament to the power of sisterhood. Over the years, they have taught each other invaluable lessons, guiding one another through life’s challenges with love and care. As self-aware women, they are both strong-minded, compassionate, and deeply authentic. Their unwavering love for each other and their family is truly inspiring— a reflection of the profound connection that all sisters share.

I’ma bit late in posting this but last month @frantic.tea did something extraordinary and brave. She held the very first UK Audio and outdoors festival #TremulaFestival which was held at the South Downs. It was a sunny day and @amber_m.iller and I just hung out outside soaking up the rays and wisdom of the professional outdoor podcasters and producers.

It was the perfect day with some fantastic people. I do hope we get to do it again 🙏🏾. by @imimorgan

Huge thanks to our friends @Audible_UK for their continued support and helping make this possible.

Now all we need is YOUR support to make this a roaring success so tell your friends, grab your tickets and come on down to see the power of this grassroots organisation and community in action.

Ayra loves getting mail with her name on it! Today she was #gifted the 3-part @haveyou_heardof book set which we’re excited to get stuck into 🤓.
I loved history as a kid and had a major obsession with the Egyptians. I would love for Ayra to develop a love of history too and storytelling is a great place to start. Many thanks @michahistoire for these fun stories 😊. We’ll definitely be starting with the Egyptians!
