Today is my 44th birthday. 🎉

I’ve been reflecting a lot these past few years on how mainstream culture tells us that, at a certain point, we’re somehow supposed to start getting old.

Truthfully, I don’t feel—or look—much different than I did a decade ago.

And knowing these photos are completely raw—unedited, no filter—some might naturally ask the next question: What’s my secret, (apart from good lighting 😉)?

My earliest memory of self-actualization was at 21, right out of college, as I circumnavigated the planet searching for my purpose. But my true self-development and healing journey began about 12 years ago.

On the surface, that looks like biohacking, an anti-aging skincare routine, 2.5 liters of water daily, solid sleep (9 hours a night), exercise, and a mostly healthy diet. I gave up meat and alcohol six years ago.

But beneath what can be seen, it looks like significant Indigenous plant medicine ceremonies to rewire my brain, frequent sessions with my intuitive coach, daily meditation and positive affirmations, energy clearing, an acute discipline of autodidaction and metacognition, and fully living my purpose and being in service to others for the last 23 years.

There are literally not more than a couple of days that go by when I’m not actively thinking about how to make our planet and humanity a better place.

Yes, of course, there are (still) days when I experience lower-vibrational emotions—depression, anxiety, and self-doubt, mostly. I wouldn’t be human without them.

But overall, it’s been a good run.

I guess my hope for anyone reading this is this: Live in your purpose. And if you’re not yet sure what that purpose is, remember that even being a good friend, a loving parent, or someone who makes another person’s life better is a profound purpose.

I also can’t say enough about Indigenous plant medicine. It has helped profoundly reshape the way I think and relate to myself and the world.

And the maintenance is the daily meditation practice. It’s something we practice again and again, and for me, it has become one of the cornerstones of personal growth and success.

UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY + CLIMATE WEEK — NYC (Part 1 of 2)

Had a fantastic week in New York during UN General Assembly and Climate Week, attending two gatherings centered around innovation, impact, and the future of capital.

The New York Innovation Forum for Sustainable Development was a two-day invitation-only convening hosted by @peaceboatus, @emilie_mcglone, @welchinternational at 777 United Nations Plaza bringing together leaders across business, government, investment, philanthropy, technology, civil society, and international organizations. The focus was on accelerating partnerships and scalable solutions aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

I also co-hosted the Family Office Forum Impact Investor Luncheon (sponsored by the New York Innovation Forum) with @jonathanbarry.now, which was an intimate gathering of just 70 family office principals, investors, philanthropists, and global leaders exploring how long-term capital can help shape the future of communities and our planet. The conversation centered on stewardship, impact investing, philanthropy, emerging technologies, and where family capital can create meaningful long-term value.

What I appreciated most was the convergence of worlds that too often operate separately… capital, technology, policy, philanthropy, community, and planetary stewardship.

These are exactly the conversations we need as we think about what we build next… and who benefits from it.

Grateful for the conversations, connections, and new relationships formed in New York.

Enjoyed attending the Family Offices & Investors Summit during UN Climate week in New York City, hosted by Atlas Coalition. I got to share my new company, Regenerative Infrastructure Holdings with investors, which is in development for a regenerative AI data center in Nepal and several other countries.

They counted 1.2 Trillion dollars represented from 60+ family offices / CVCs and about 100+ GPs at this event.

Thank you to Jeffrey Stein, the Founder/Principal of Burnwater Ventures Fund for inviting me. Burnwater is investing in future energy tech and has some exciting companies in their portfolio that will change the planet as we know it.

If we can’t define a woman, how can we protect women’s rights? I’m urgently calling upon the United Nations and New York State (home of the Cornell 7) to accurately define a woman based on biology and grant them sex-based protections.

And for those that rebuttal granting this to us women is transphobic, it’s not. We have unique challenges & discrimination for being female; and we need the language to describe our own embodied experience.

My co-founder and I presented our whole-system model for regenerative AI data centers at the 2026 AI Infra Summit in Silicon Valley, which drew approximately 9,200 registered attendees from across AI infrastructure, data centers, energy, compute, capital and technology.

The Summit’s speaker roster included senior executives and technical leaders from NVIDIA, Google, Amazon, Intel, Meta, OpenAI, Oracle, AMD, Qualcomm and Dell, among others, including Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan, NVIDIA VP Ian Buck, Google Fellow Dave Patterson, Amazon SVP Peter DeSantis, Meta Head of Infrastructure Santosh Janardhan and OpenAI VP of Compute Strategy & GPT-Infra Sachin Katti.

Our fireside chat, “The Conditions of Creation: Building AI Data Centers That Regenerate the Places They Power,” took place on the AI Data Center Track and brought a larger question into the conversation:

What are the conditions in which artificial intelligence is being formed?

Burning Man, Part 1 of 2. 🔥

I’ve now been five years in a row, and I don’t plan to stop. Honestly, I’m not sure how I missed this magical, epic gathering all those years before.

My favorite Burning Man principles are gifting, decommodification, and communal effort. Everyone brings something to contribute, and somehow, a 70,000-person city erected in the middle of a barren desert simply works for eight days.

There are streets with proper addresses, a post office, radio station, medical services, and even an airport. Artists build epic structures. Camps host healing workshops and inspiring talks. And let’s not forget the electronic music everywhere.

I’m a House Head (Chicago native), so naturally, I’m in heaven. 🎶

And then there’s the Playa magic. My ability to manifest things almost instantly out there is unreal. Somehow, within the container of the Playa, synchronicities seem to happen at lightning speed.

This year, I even opened a Matías De Stefano manifestation portal with my camp on our first night at Legendary Playground of the Gods. ✨

Burning Man, I adore you.

And my crew was especially epic this year. So grateful for the old friends, the new ones, and all the magic in between. ❤️‍🔥

As someone with my psychic perception activated, I saw thousands of souls from the Titanic finally being released as a replica of the ship burned at Burning Man.

When someone dies suddenly or tragically, I have seen their soul become caught in a feedback loop, still connected to the trauma of their death. Fire has long been used across spiritual traditions as a means of release and passage.

During the burn, a small fire tornado formed. Inside it, I saw the faces of thousands of people moving through the flames and being released.

I don’t know if the original artist intended for this to happen. But this is what I witnessed that night: thousands of souls, bound to the tragedy for more than a century, finally able to ascend.
