Once a month, Residents gather together to connect their theoretical learning with on the job experience. Through intentional discussion and thoughtful reflection, Residents are challenged and equipped to be better stewards of their leadership potential. ⁠

This month, the focus was on redemptive work as followers of Jesus. Residents discussed what it looks like to tangibly live with a kingdom mindset in everyday life. ⁠

What do Fellows do after commissioning from Impact 360?⁠

Larson Upchurch, Fellows Alumna Class of 2020, is currently working as a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives.⁠
⁠
"I remind myself daily of Jesus’ challenge to “take heart” because of the promise that He has overcome the world. While I strive for my work to help restore God’s vision for human flourishing, this promise sets me free to work with conviction, compassion, and ultimate trust in the hope that our future is secure.⁠

Additionally, I believe how I love my neighbor is as important as the work I produce. For me, that means treating the person in front of me with dignity. Whether it’s my neighbor, a security guard, a Member of Congress, or an intern, I strive to show Christ’s love through even the simple act of acknowledging those God places in my path."⁠
