Same facts. Different conclusions. Why? 🤔

Two people can see the exact same event and walk away believing completely different things.

Why? Because everyone sees the world through a worldview.

On today’s Reality Check, we unpack the big questions shaping what you believe, how you think, and the way you live.

this past month the Lord has been teaching me what it looks like to dwell in his presence and how to rest at his right hand. moving to a new city and starting a new life alone has made me so reliant on him. i’ve experienced a joy and fullness like never before simply because the only thing truly worth living for is Christ.

“You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore” Psalm 16:11

thank you Jesus for your kindness and for every evidence of the power of prayer this past month the Lord has been teaching me what it looks like to dwell in his presence and how to rest at his right hand. moving to a new city and starting a new life alone has made me so reliant on him. i’ve experienced a joy and fullness like never before simply because the only thing truly worth living for is Christ.

Today was one of those days filled with emotions that are hard to put into words.

After 18 short years, we dropped our youngest off at college. As parents, there comes a moment when we have to trust that we’ve done enough, taught them enough, loved them enough… and then place the rest into God’s hands.

We are so incredibly proud of you, Luna. ❤️

You love the Lord deeply, you walk with discernment, and you have a heart that genuinely seeks Him. As you step into this new season of independence at Impact 360, we couldn’t be more excited to watch you grow, be challenged, discover more of who God created you to be, and see how He chooses to use you.

But today is also bittersweet.

There’s so much excitement for what lies ahead for you… and at the same time, there’s a quiet bedroom at the end of the hall tonight that makes home feel a little different. 🥲

Our prayer is simple: Holy Spirit, guide her. Protect her. Give her wisdom and discernment. Surround her with people who will draw her closer to You. Keep Your hand upon her, and use her life for Your glory.

Luna, we love you more than you could ever know. We’re incredibly proud of the young woman you’ve become, and we can’t wait to see what God writes in this next chapter of your story. ❤️🙏

Community partnerships are so important to the work we do at LifeWorks! This week, we had the opportunity to speak with Impact 360 residents about important mental health topics.

Thank you, Impact 360, for welcoming us and allowing us to connect with your community!
