🧡 The journey continues… 🧡

It’s hard to believe that it has been 7 years since Lexi’s transplant. Seven years of hope, strength, challenges, milestones, and so many moments that have reminded us just how precious life truly is.

Lexi’s journey hasn’t always been easy. She continues to face challenges, but through it all, she keeps moving forward — and we keep showing up for her. 🧡

On November 8, 2026, we will come together for the NY Kidney Walk as Team 7 Pointes For Lexi. This walk means so much to our family, and we would love for you to be part of Lexi’s journey.

👟 Register and walk with us
🧡 Donate to support kidney health and families like ours
📣 Share our story and invite someone to join the team

Whether you walk beside us, make a donation, share this post, or simply keep Lexi in your heart, you are part of our team.

Seven years later, we’re still walking.
Still hoping.
Still fighting.
Still grateful.
And still believing in the power of community. 🧡

Come walk with us. Come support Lexi. Come be part of the journey.

7 Pointes For Lexi — every step is for her. 🧡👟
