Preseason testing before @nat.sars upcoming track season

Goal isn’t just to collect numbers, but to figure out where the athlete is right now, what qualities still need to be developed, and how we can use that information to guide training as the season gets going.

For a track athlete, that can mean looking at things like
🔸 hip flexor and hamstring force capacity
🔸reactive strength
🔸lower-limb stiffness
🔸contact-time efficiency, and more

Making an impact has always been the mission.

Everything we’ve built has been driven by one goal: to redefine what sports rehab should look like.

Athletes deserve better:
✅ Better standards
✅ Better care
✅ Better outcomes

That’s why Impact exists.
