POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

@impactsportspt x @bmacmenshoops

Our team put these guys through a comprehensive performance profiling session to identify each athlete’s strengths, uncover potential weaknesses, and highlight opportunities to improve performance and reduce injury risk.

Every athlete received an individualized performance report, complete with their testing results, percentile rankings, and targeted recommendations to guide their training and rehab moving forward.

A big thank you to @jaygavin1 for bringing the squad through. Looking forward to continuing to help the program take things to the next level!

KNEE REHAB with myself? @aidankoferldpt

Been dealing with nagging knee pain for about a year now…been focusing a ton on getting back to Olympic lifts for the fun of it, but the pain always got in my way. Finally able to get back to it without feeling nervous.

Preseason testing before @nat.sars upcoming track season

Goal isn’t just to collect numbers, but to figure out where the athlete is right now, what qualities still need to be developed, and how we can use that information to guide training as the season gets going.

For a track athlete, that can mean looking at things like
🔸 hip flexor and hamstring force capacity
🔸reactive strength
🔸lower-limb stiffness
🔸contact-time efficiency, and more
