Losing 33kg changed so much more than how I looked.

It changed my relationship with habits and consistency.
It changed my perspective on fitness.
It for sure changed my blood work. ❤️

One of the biggest things I learned along the way was that lasting results didn’t come from trying to be perfect.

They came from understanding my own body and what worked for me, so I could eat and move in ways I could actually sustain. And from having accountability for the days when motivation disappeared.

That’s a big part of why I coach the way I do today.

Your body doesn’t need any slimming tea to lose weight. You’ll just probably lose a lot of water weight and dehydrate your body. What it needs is a sustainable approach to nutrition, movement and overall health.

My advise? Drink enough water, eat more fruits and vegetables, get enough fibre, eat balanced meals with enough protein, exercise regularly, get enough sleep and build habits you can actually maintain.

And please, stop relying on slimming tea to undo weeks, months or years of habits that may have contributed to weight gain.

Most slimming teas contain laxatives or diuretics that causes you to lose water or empty your bowels. This might make the number on your scale drop temporarily but losing water weight isn’the same as losing body fat.

Before you spend money on yet another slimming tea, my question to you is do you want to build habits that support your goals or are you looking for a shortcut that is in fact, NOT a shortcut?

I’m pretty sure you know by now that sustainable weight/fat loss doesn’t come from a tea. It comes from little habit changes done consistently.

I know how frustrating it can be. You’ve honestly been doing the workouts, eating less but somehow, your hips and thighs still look the same.

Here are 4 mistakes that might be holding you back.

1. Thinking you can spot-reduce fat.

You cannot choose where your body loses fat first. Doing hundreds of squats or leg raises won’t specifically burn fat from your hips and thighs.
What I want you to do is focus on overall fat loss through a sustainable calorie deficit, regular movement, and consistency rather than trying to target one body part.

2. Eating too little.

I know you want results, and you want them quickly. But eating as little as possible isn’t the answer. Extreme restriction can leave you hungry, exhausted, and struggling to stay consistent.

Try to eat enough to fuel your body, prioritize protein and fibre, and maintain a moderate calorie deficit you can sustain.

3. Ignoring strength training.

You don’t have to spend every workout trying to burn as many calories as possible. Strength training helps you build muscle, get stronger, and improve your body composition.

Ensure to Incorporate strength training into your weekly routine, progressively challenge your muscles, and give your body enough time to recover.

4. Expecting your lower body to change first.

This is the part many women struggle with. You might notice changes in your face, waist, or upper body before your hips and thighs. Genetics and hormones influence where you store fat and where you lose it first. That doesn’t mean your efforts aren’t working.

Try to be patient with your body. Track your progress using measurements, how your clothes fit, and improvements in strength instead of relying on the mirror alone.

You just need a sustainable calorie deficit, strength training, enough protein, and consistency and that what my November accountability group will get you. Comment “November” and I will send you everything you need to know.
