Sunday Bay Run Fun 🤩🏃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

A great morning for a lap around the Bay Run, with plenty of runners, walkers, families and dogs out enjoying the sunshine and the weekend.

About 2/3 of the way around, the weather had other ideas and a sudden downpour sent me under a bridge for a few minutes. 🌧️ Once it passed, it was back out onto the loop and on to the finish.

Sydney on a Sunday morning. Doesn’t get much better. 👌

Running Around Melbourne 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Earlier this year I had the chance to join the legends at BFT Collingwood at their Sunday morning run club.
We ran a nice 10K from Collingwood, to the MCG, along the Yarra River and then back. Everyone was lovely and I’d highly recommend it.

One of the best parts of a BFT membership is that you can use it while you’re traveling!
