حكايات تنسجها الغرز على بريق الساتان.

من أرض فلسطين تستمدّ الزنبقة جمالها، ويشمخ سرو رام الله بأصالته، وتستقرّ حمامة بين غرزٍ أبدعتها أيادٍ ماهرة بكل دقّة وإتقان.

Heritage begins long before us.

In the places our grandparents knew. In the recipes that still taste like home. In the songs we somehow know by heart. In the patterns, stories, traditions, and little rituals that quietly travel from one generation to the next.

Some things change along the way. Others remain unmistakably ours.

And perhaps that is the beauty of heritage: we inherit it from those before us, live it in our own way, and leave it for those who come after.

On World Heritage Day, we celebrate a Palestine that continues to live through its people, its culture, and everything they carry forward.

يبدأ التراث قبلنا بوقتٍ طويل.

في الأماكن التي عرفها أجدادنا، وفي نكهاتٍ ما زالت تعيدنا إلى البيت، وفي أغانٍ نحفظها كأنها وُلدت معنا، وفي الحكايات والعادات والتفاصيل التي تنتقل بهدوء من جيلٍ إلى آخر.

قد تتغيّر بعض الأشياء مع الزمن، لكن ما يبقى منها يظلّ يحمل ملامحنا وهويتنا.

ولعلّ هذا هو أجمل ما في التراث: أن نرثه ممّن سبقونا، ونعيشه بطريقتنا، ثم نتركه لمن سيأتي بعدنا.

Some pieces are simply timeless.

One of the oldest designs in the Inaash catalogue, this singular hand woven Silk Abaya features Yafa and Al Khalil embroidery skillfully stitched by meticulous craftswomen.

A vintage piece of extraordinary quality, it is one of the most heavily embroidered items in the Inaash collection.

تُعدّ هذه العباءة الحريرية المنسوجة يدوياً واحدة من أقدم تصاميم إنعاش، وتجمع بين تطريزات يافا والخليل، المنفّذة بمهارة ودقّة على أيدي حرفيّات فلسطينيات.

🇫🇷Du 22 octobre au 7 novembre 2026 le Showroom Galerie_7 présentera des pièces brodées issues de l’association Innash qui œuvre depuis 1969 au soutien des femmes palestiniennes réfugiées dans les camps libanais.
Cette broderie au point de croix appelée tatreez possède des significations géographiques, sociales et symboliques. Bien avant le déplacement, elle fonctionnait comme une carte visuelle de la vie villageoise, de l’identité et de l’appartenance. Inaash préserve ce savoir en documentant des motifs historiques, en transmettant les techniques à travers les générations et en adaptant avec soin ces motifs à des formes contemporaines.

L’exposition organisée dans le cadre de la Biennale Textile - Clermont-Ferrand Beauté(s) et en résonance avec la Biennale de Lyon, est à découvrir du lundi au samedi de 10h à 17h. Vernissage le jeudi 22 octobre dès 18h.

🇬🇧From October 22 to November 7, 2026 the Showroom Galerie_7 will showcase embroidered pieces from the Innash association, which has been working since 1969 to support Palestinian women refugees in Lebanese camps.
This cross-stitch embroidery, known as tatreez, carries geographical, social and symbolic meanings. Long before displacement, embroidery served as a visual map of village life, identity and a sense of belonging. Inaash has preserved this knowledge by documenting historical motifs, passing on techniques through the generations and carefully adapting these motifs to contemporary forms.

The exhibition is organised as part of the Clermont-Ferrand Textile Biennale Beauté(s) and in conjunction with the Lyon Biennale; it is open to the public from Monday to Saturday, 10.00 am to 5.00 pm. Public opening Thursday October 22 from 6.00 pm. by @inaashassociation
