We knocked 10 minutes off our HYROX time… and it wasn’t luck ⏱️

2 races in one week.
2 PBs.
A 1:16:33 finish

And honestly?
The biggest shift wasn’t just fitness… it was strategy and mindset.

Here’s what actually made the difference:
• Running with intention (fast, long + intervals)
• Learning the course (this saved us minutes)
• Not going out too hot (humbling but necessary 😅)
• Partner accountability (doubles >>>)

Stats don’t lie either:
– Top 10% running 🏃‍♀️
– Top 35% lunges (lunge legends 💅)
– 87th overall + 12th in our age group
🥹🫶✨

After 2.5 years of showing up, this one meant everything.

Proof that consistency compounds — even when it feels slow.

🗣️🗣️🗣️ The biggest thank you to our trainers and gym/ running programme! Without that we’d have been toast. So really massive thank you to the best Hyrox classes in London @bxrlondon - our fav trainers @hannahhealth__ @yasminnmilne @cjfitness_up and our run club which kept us going @canarywharfrunclub 🫶🥳

Save this if you’re training for HYROX 🤝

We got a sneak preview of HYROX London at Red Bull Night Shift… and honestly this is the kind of info that can save you minutes ⏱️

We ran a 1:16 (with a penalty) and knowing the course layout made SUCH a difference.

If you’re racing Olympia, these are the things to clock early:
– Know your laps
– Find the wall balls entry BEFORE you need it
– Remember the rowers are further than you think

Your fitness matters… but so does your awareness.

Sometimes the difference isn’t speed, it’s knowing where you’re going.

Save this for race day + send it to your partner 🤝
