Yari and I went to Eagle Creek yesterday and hiked the 3-mile blue trail. She did great. I almost tired her out. This picture is about as Zen as Yari gets. When we got to the narrow part where there’s water on both sides of the trail, she was amazed by the seemingly endless amount of water in front of her.🤯 #eaglecreek #hiking #indy #parks #nature taken in Eagle Creek Park by @indietroy

Billy Strings - Live In Rosemont. This was recorded on my dog’s birthday 5.25.24. She helped bring me and Joy together. For that she will always be my favorite dog. I miss her still.

This was gifted to me by close friends who I go to many shows with, and I was stunned and overjoyed to receive it. They called me, out of the blue, and told me they wanted me to have it, knowing how much it would mean. I never thought I would own it. I’m grateful to have wonderful friends. #billystrings #liveinrosemont #grateful #bluegrass #vinyl by @indietroy

Sometimes you call a song by verbalizing it, sometimes you call it by wearing a shirt. Nailed it last night! Thanks, @billystrings. Also, thanks to my guy @meetmeatlot for the shirt. #billystrings #summertour2026 #fishers #indiana #bmfs🐐 taken in Fishers Event Center by @indietroy

My dear friends, whom I go to most Billy Strings shows with had a real treat of a gift box for me today. I can never repay them. I couldn’t get my order in to get the 5.25.24 Live in Rosemont Third Man Records vault release, and thought I’d never own it. 5.25 was my favorite dog Remy’s birthday, so the show meant so much to me, having lost her 2 years prior. I attended the show.

Also included is a 1/1 custom shirt dyed by my friend with the lyrics to Seven Weeks In County.

Lastly, I surprised my other friend with vintage baseball cards of all members of Billy Strings, as well as Phish. He surprised me with Billy basketball cards from the Louisville show that we all went to last December. They also had a sticker of the recent Portland, ME shows they went to.

I don’t know what I did to deserve such thoughtful and generous friends, but I love them and am grateful to have them in my life.

Thank you so much.♥️
