Lari bukan tentang seberapa kecil pace-mu, tapi seberapa besar niatmu untuk terus melangkah bersama. Kita mulai sama-sama. Kita selesai sama-sama. Itu yang bikin lari jadi sehat, bukan cuma di fisik, tapi juga di hati dan pikiran 😎 Thank you gaes 🎉💪 #maliobororun2026 #indocementrunner #kemanapegikita taken in Malioboro, Yogyakarta by @indocementrunner

in lab, i analyze data
outside lab, i collect miles
same mindset : focus, consistency, and endurance!

WORK and RUN, my BALANCE!
work and run, two different paces, same purpose.
we all need that one thing that brings us back on track

but to stay sharp, i need to step out!
Balance keeps me precise.

So, what’s your way to recharge?

I may not go fast, but i will try to survive until the end #bdg100ultra #tangkubanperahu #burangrang

Start Minggu (30 Aug) jam 1 dini hari

Stamina masih belum pulih pasca diare 3 hari sebelumnya

Speechless

Sudah lama ga lihat kawah Tangkuban Perahu

Lanjut nanjak terus menuju Upas Hill

Sampai Upas Hill jam 6

Kejar2an dengan cut off point WS Curuglayung jam 7:30

Sampai WS Curuglayung 3 menit sebelum batas waktu cut off point

Akhirnya ketemu juga dengan Gunung Burangrang. Rasanya nanjak di sini ga ada habisnya. Entah sudah berapa orang yg saya tanyain “Puncak berapa menit lagi?”

Sampai puncak Gunung Burangrang jam 12

Alhamdulillah finish juga akhirnya 🤲🏼

Ditungguin my bini gue @irmaruliany_mima di garis finish.

Finish 10 menit sebelum cut off time

Terima kasih untuk support dari semuanya

Banyak pelajaran dari event ini.
I may not go fast, but i will try to survive until the end. BIB 42165 signing out 🫡

It’s not just about the distance.
It’s about pushing through every climb, embracing the fatigue, and going beyond the limits we thought we had.

@dedikk88 | 70K
@josianandre | 70K
@absolutely_andi | 42K

Three distances. One spirit.
Carrying the spirit of Indocement Runners through every trail, every challenge, and every mile.

Because every step makes us stronger.
Every climb makes us tougher.
And every mile brings us closer to the finish.

STRONGER EVERY MILE 🔥
