One thing I can tell you about this fitness journey.. it’s pushed me to get outside my comfort zone! This run was hands down the best run ever. First time running in the snow and definitely won’t be my last. by @ineedkicks

I had a lot of people ask me yesterday about the drop boxes from @kicksandconyc it’s two questions I kept getting was how was the quality and if it’s difficult to put together? Well the quality is great and I’m gonna say these are way better than the drop boxes from the container store. The magnet on the front is super clutch! And putting them together?! even easier it literally took me less than two minutes to put this together. Also big S/O to @dretheshoegod for putting me on to these. I think I’m changing the whole Sneaker room to these containers. by @ineedkicks

What a trip!! Notre Dame stadium was amazing and the fans might be some of the friendliest fans we’ve ever met. Walking the campus and seeing the history was something I will neger forgot. If you’ve never been to Notre Dame game or the campus I suggest you go! by @ineedkicks

“A gym is not just about pushing your limits, it’s about learning from those around you; everyone has something to teach, and everyone can grow together”

I watch one of @ragzfit_ workout videos one time and noticed he would do one arm at a time when doing curls.. I’ve been doing one arm ever since. I feel way more in control on the way up and down and notice I’m not swing like I would alternating arms. by @ineedkicks
