Two years ago today we got back home from our 2-ship world cruise around the world!
I love looking back on our adventure and this time it’s a back to front edition from the 2nd part of our trip on the QM2 Cunard ship. We started in Singapore on the 20th of March and ended in Lisbon on the 25th of April with stops in Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, South Africa, Namibia and Spain

I made Snickers overnight oats to have as dessert and they are the 💣
So easy to make in a jar that you can eat straight out of.
The recipe is inspired by @choosingchia and I used a salted caramel peanut butter from @koro_pt which is delicious and takes these overnight oats from breakfast to dessert

I made 2-ingredient biscuits in the air fryer and they are actually pretty good!!
If you’re in a hurry and just want to make 2 biscuits just grab 1/2 cup of Greek yoghurt and 1/2 a cup of self-raising and that’s it!! 15 minutes later you have nice fluffy biscuits
