Ines (or “Inni”), is a dear friend who gave me her menstrual blood to make a portrait of her. She stayed with us for a couple of months and for the first time gave her blood to the Earth. She is taking strides to reclaim her womb blood as sacred and this portrait honours that.

Today I was collecting my son from Summer Camp and this fella in the video (Dwaight) was looking for our mutual friend to charge his electric bike battery: our friend is away so I offered him to come to charge at our place. He stayed and watched as I painted. I am currently working on an artwork of my partner breastfeeding our son (with her blood), which was her request.

This was his reaction to the work, and painting with menstrual blood. What an absolute beauty ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

april’s dump part 1 - spanish holidays with my heartfamily. surrounded by beauty, nature is waking up. as spring unfolds, rises. sun is shining. days are getting longer. warmth on our bodies. river is cooling us down. flower everywhere. i am planting seed for the future me. ideas are flowing. I start to see the path. my thread. i trust. silently. and listen. listen to my sisters laughing in the back ground. silliness. tears of joy. playful like butterflies. smiles on every faces. happy to be alive. by @ines_violet

I am me & the life force energy that I house. That life force energy is one. I WAS born as you, doing what you are doing. Judgement is therefore an illusion and what is left is Compassion; what is left is love. by @ines_violet

me entrego a tu poder, traigo tu poder
sanador sanador de la tierra
sanador sanador del cielo

cada una de mis células
se sana con amor
cada una de mis células
se sana conmigo

i surrender to your power
i bring your healing power
healer of the earth
healer of the skies

every one of my cells heals with love
every one of my cells heals with me

singing to the sunset on this magical land after making it across two countries to arrive at the end of the continent.. welcomed by vast seas, mountains, soul family, fires, food and music

agradecidas por el camino 🌄

we continue to sing to bring hope to our lives amidst the chaos and violence of these times.. small moments of harmony bring some sense of peace to the heaviness of reality, and we hope this may bring you that same drop of respite if you are feeling a lot right now

we need this medicine to resource ourselves if we are to show up in the face the suffering and injustice

to act towards the freedom of all

with love

Singing Fuego en la Tierra by the incredible @nnaracanta

agradeciendo por esta tierra fértil que siempre nos alimenta

giving thanks for this fertile earth who is always sustaining us

🏔️ 🌊

and particularly on this day to the sun for showing his face and these other-worldly lakes we came across on our journey winding down through france towards spain

and for a reality check, in this constant game of life’s duality, we’ve spent the last days amidst a huge storm with giant hail, mostly sitting in different mechanics trying to communicate about van parts in french..

Ama is recovered and we continue on our way 🙏🏼

we’re here for the full spectrum of life!

bless up y mucho amor 🤍

Slowly finding the time to sift back through some of the festival season magic..

A snippet of ‘Madre Serpiente’ from Buddhafield sangha sounds set, warm golden blissful memories

Missing sharing the fullness of this sound with the whole band of talented beings

For now dedicating my attention and focus to recording these prayers so they can reach all of your ears in the not too distant future!

Thank you for making the music what it is @ember.groove @innigramm @benedickgeorge @nattyflows_

BUDDHAFIELD you were absolute magic!

What a full packed week of music and so much more. It was an honour to share my prayers with the full band on both stages, big shout out to Christian @theblackbirdcollectivetotnes and everyone who made this festival possible, such a grounded and held container with strong ethics and teachings at its core

Also had a blast supporting @lanajagger @the.loving.collaborative.music @benedickgeorge

As always in these portals, many expansions, challenges and learnings to take home and integrate, getting clearer on the path and what it truly means to be empowered in my mission

I was also an honour to be in this space with my bro Kobina sharing important messages with @praler_news - bringing light to planet repairs, decolonising education, and much more. I encourage you to follow them for updates on how we can all be more involved in direct action in solidarity with and learning from indigenous peoples of the global south.

More to share..

Thanks to the epic band I love you
