@aliza_marogy Inessa founder, shared expert commentary in @stylistmagazine article by @abbyallen_ “6 nutritionists on the meal deals they swear by to fuel their afternoons”:

“Go-to meal deal:

Main: Pret chicken and edamame protein pot with a butternut and hummus mezze bowl; Tesco high-protein peri peri chicken and grain bowl; Pollen + Grace mezze rainbow hummus salad bowl
Snack: fruit or Propercorn lightly sea salted popcorn
Drink: water or sparkling water

Nutritionist’s top tip for choosing meal deals:

When choosing a meal deal, look for a high-protein main alongside fibre-rich ingredients such as beans, lentils, wholegrains or plenty of vegetables.
These can help you feel fuller for longer, provide more sustained energy and support digestive health – which are all useful when you’re trying to get through a busy afternoon, where you may be tempted to reach for sugary snacks.”

Inessa Pregnancy Multinutrient was named “Best Premium Pregnancy Supplement” in the Made for Mums article “The best pregnancy vitamins and supplements for 2026”:

“MadeForMums rating: 5/5

Price per day: 50p

Inessa Pregnancy Multinutrient is a comprehensive once-daily supplement containing 25 nutrients, including folate in the bioavailable L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate form, iron, vitamin D3, B vitamins, CoQ10 and 250mg of VitaCholine. These supplements are particularly good for women suffering from morning sickness or constipation during pregnancy - the delayed-release capsules are designed to reduce indigestion, while the iron is in the bisglycinate form, and the formula also contains organic ginger root powder.

Our testers found the capsules easy to take and they had no problems with indigestion. One tester was particularly impressed by the supplement's effect on her energy levels after sleepless nights.
Positive side effects included noticeable improvements in hair, nails and skin.

At £29.99 for a month's supply, this is one to consider if you're looking for a comprehensive once-daily formula and are prepared to pay more for it.

The supplements definitely made a difference and gave me a huge boost in energy, especially after sleepless nights, as well as having an effect on my hair and nail strength and my skin. I didn't have any indigestion problems and found them very easy to take.
Charlotte, member of MadeForMums Club – tried and tested by mums”.

@aliza_marogy, Inessa Founder recently provided expert Opinion in the @goodhousekeepinguk article by @definitelymaber “5 experts reveal how they stay healthy on flights (and what we should all do in mid-air)”:

“Aliza Marogy, registered nutritional therapist and founder of leading clinical grade supplements provider Inessa says:

'Cabin air is very dry, which can leave you feeling dehydrated, tired and sluggish. Staying on top of your fluid intake is essential to counter this, so aim to sip water regularly throughout your journey. If plain water feels a little boring, try adding lemon or opting for herbal teas, which can be equally refreshing and easy on your gut.

It can be challenging to eat healthily on long-haul flights, particularly when you're relying on airport food and in-flight meals. My advice is not to aim for perfection, but to focus on simple choices that are more achievable. I tend to pack my own snacks, some fresh food for the way out, and enough pre-packaged ones for the return leg. Raw unsalted nuts, oat cakes, and a mini tub of hummus, as well as fruits and chopped vegetables such as cucumbers, peppers and carrots, are all good options. I also usually take a couple of oat-based snack bars for the return journey.

Many people find that flying can affect digestion, so it’s best to avoid rich, greasy, or heavy meals, as these can sometimes leave you feeling bloated or uncomfortable in the air. Similarly, whilst it's tempting to indulge in coffee or alcoholic beverages when travelling, both can be dehydrating and may leave you feeling worse by the time you land.

'Magnesium is one of my travel essentials'

Travelling can be demanding on the body, with early starts, disrupted routines and crossing time zones making it difficult to switch off at the end of the day. Magnesium plays a role in supporting the nervous system and muscle function, promoting relaxation, and supporting good quality sleep and it's one of my travel essentials. As I’m a nervous flier, I take Inessa Relax + Calm around 30 minutes before take-off, which contains a blend of calming herbs and vitamins.'” by @inessa_wellness

Inessa Advanced Omega 3 was named “Best convenient omega-3” in the @olivemagazine article ”Best omega-3 supplements UK 2026, tried and tested by experts” by Imogen Hope and @kerry_torrens_nutrition_ :

“Star rating: 4.5/5

Inessa is an easy high-strength option to stick with.

Each capsule provides 480mg EPA and 360mg DHA, so you get a solid dose without needing to take multiples throughout the day.

The one-a-day format keeps things simple. The softgel is slightly large and there’s a faint fishy smell on opening but it’s easy enough to take. Quality stands out, with triglyceride-form fish oil, IFOS certification and a clean, minimal formula.”

@emilielaviniauk voted Inessa Advanced Omega 3 “Best budget fish oil supplements” in her article for @thelondonstandard “Best fish oil supplements to boost your Omega-3, reviewed by an expert”:

“Inessa Advanced Omega 3
★★★★★
Best: Budget fish oil supplements
What we love: High-quality, great value for money, and IFOS 5-star certified
Take note: Sustainability credentials are less robust

I’ve been taking this particular fish oil for years, and it holds up very well against Bare Biology’s capsules, while being cheaper. With 1200mg of omega-3 oil split between 480mg EPA and 360mg DHA, the oil is also in triglyceride form for the best absorption and comes from small, wild fish”

Inessa Magnesium was named in the @emilielaviniauk article “7 best magnesium supplements in 2026, recommended by nutritionists” in @the.independent :

“Inessa is a quality supplement brand and one I recommend in some of my individual client protocols. Magnesium bisglycinate can be easier for the body to absorb, and the capsules also contain a more bioavailable form of magnesium from marine sources,” says Packham.

These supplements are free from fillers and binders, delivering the nutrients inside in as pure a form as possible. They’re also vegan and gluten-free.

The first brand of magnesium I tried was Inessa’s, and it transformed my sleeping habits. It’s still one of my favourites and I always recommend the brand to friends and family.

Key specifications
Nutritional value (NV): 41 per cent
Magnesium type: Marine magnesium, glycinate and threonate
How to take it: Take two per day”

Inessa’s @aliza_marogy provided expert commentary in the ms_whitehead_100 article for @theipaper “ in the article “How to cool down fast: 12 expert-backed ways to beat the heat”:

“Eat water-rich foods

When temperatures rise, light, refreshing and easily digested foods can help you to feel more comfortable and less fatigued. Fruits and vegetables form a great basis for a summer meal, particularly those with a high water content such as watermelon, cucumber, berries and leafy greens. Not only do they keep you hydrated, but they are also packed with vitamins and antioxidants including vitamin C, vitamin A, magnesium and potassium, which can help support the body during heat stress. Antioxidants are particularly important during a heatwave because they help to neutralise UV- induced oxidative stress, a process by which unstable molecules, often triggered by sun exposure and higher temperatures, put extra strain on our cells, and may contribute to fatigue and inflammation over time.” Aliza Marogy, registered nutritional therapist and founder of clinical-grade supplements provider Inessa.”

Inessa Magnesium came highly recommended in the @goodfoodeveryday article by Emma Hartfield “The best magnesium supplements 2026, tried and tested”:

“One of the more transparent options out there. You get a clear breakdown of 306mg magnesium per daily dose, split across bisglycinate (108mg), marine magnesium (162mg) and threonate (36mg), which is not always the case with blends.”

@living360uk recently featured Inessa’s @aliza_marogy providing expert opinion on the article “How to eat in a heatwave: best and worst food and drinks for hot weather” by @katiesipp-hurley :

"If you’re prioritising foods that are lighter and easier to digest, you’ll want to focus on fruit and vegetables that naturally contain plenty of water.

“Watermelon, cucumber, berries, tomatoes and leafy greens are great options to reach for because they help with hydration while also providing vitamins and antioxidants to support the body under heat stress,” explains Aliza Marogy, a registered nutritional therapist and founder of the supplement brand Inessa.

Avoid excessively hot, rich and heavy meals, which can make you feel sluggish, uncomfortable and maybe even hotter.

Lighter meals — such as salads accompanied by a source of protein, chilled soups or simple grain bowls — are often much easier to handle than heavier dishes in hot weather. Opt for a salad with olive oil and avocado, cold grains such as quinoa or rice, and lean proteins such as chicken, fish or eggs."
