Sometimes it’s not you, it’s them!

Referrals often hold significant weight during the hiring process. Hiring managers tend to prioritize candidates who have been endorsed, as referrals come with a level of trust and credibility.

There’s probably little you could have done differently—hiring managers may simply lean towards choosing referrals🤷🏼‍♀️

There is no shortcut to success.

Every successful person you know today is not a product of luck or chance. They've committed countless hours, days, and years to mastering their craft.

Take Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the greatest footballers of our time, who still practices up to 4 hours every day, even as a pro.

There is no such thing as overnight success. You have to be prepared when opportunity comes knocking.

The most successful people are those who consistently put in the hard work, day in and day out, so when the right opportunity appears, they're ready to seize it.
