Making the most of hanging out in Tamworth for 24 hours.... Live performance to see the legendary Kate Cerebrano perform her Australian Encore Tour, backed up by taking a stroll on the Tamworth Skywalk. I often get asked why on earth I moved from the Coast back to the Country.

The answer is pretty simple, to be closer to family.

Especially my sister, and her two beautiful children.

I haven’t missed a birthday yet for this gorgeous girl. Alice May turned 9 yesterday, and I think it’s pretty cool that I can make a quick round trip to be there to celebrate with her.

Growing up far too quickly. I just love being her Aunty. XO by @ingrid.kaineder

Today, my Dad would have turned 90.

I was 16 when I lost him. Dad was just 50.

He was larger than life, endlessly kind and generous and the best dad I could ever have wished for.

Although we've shared more years apart than together, his influence has never faded. Every decision, every milestone and every dream has carried a quiet hope. To live a life that would make him proud.

And I know it does!

Happy heavenly 90th birthday Dad. Thank you for the years we had, the values you instilled in me and the love that has never left. I miss you every day. 🖤 by @ingrid.kaineder
