Happy 18th Anniversary to you my love @tlingstad! Through the many ups and downs, every experience and adventure, with two kids in tow, you have relentlessly stood by my side. You have pushed our family to be better and turned every house into a home. To a lifetime more of adventures, trips, meals, coffee and smiles! I love you to the moon and back. by @ingstadpt

It’s fitting that the largest BJJ tournament in the world (Jiu Jitsu Con) deserves the best of the best in medicine to cover the event. I’m grateful that over 20 years ago I was brought into this and have had the opportunity to meet amazing people and work with stellar sports med teams. #blackbeltsportsmedicine #ibjjf taken in Las Vegas Convention Center by @ingstadpt
