Also forgot to take pics this weekend so this is all yall get😂

What a crazy master worlds, but tbh, always a great weekend to think back to the last couple of years.

The journey has really shaped & shifted in ways i could never imagine, not only w my jiu jitsu, but also ofc w Open Mat Physio. It's wild to think about it.

I'm leaving with so much gratitude for the connections I've made, the laughs that I get to share & the opportunity to be of service to a community that means so much to me.

To more fun to come!!! Weeeee🥹❤️

Ever wondered what the medical team sees at a BJJ tournament? Here are the most common injuries on the mats! ⚡🥋

So grateful to @blackbeltsportsmedicine1 for having me join the medical team for this tournament! Excited for more to come in the future 👀

🗣️ Comment “Jiu Jitsu” down below and I’ll DM you a special first visit discount voucher!

Had an amazing time working the sidelines at @ibjjf Los Angeles Winter International Open 2025! 🥋
I really do get the best of both worlds — handling sideline emergency care for these athletes and then helping them rehab and get back to peak performance in the clinic.

Big shoutout to @blackbeltsportsmedicine1 for always giving me the opportunity to be part of these events and support the jiu-jitsu community. Grateful to do what I love! 🙌

If you’re a Jiu-Jitsu athlete (or any kind of athlete) dealing with injuries, nagging pain, or just want to keep your body feeling right — let’s get you back to doing what you love.

The COMPTsig crew had a blast at the 2025 CSM conference in Houston! Jessica Juan (social media & nominating committee), Cassandra Aranibar (COMPTsig CSM scholarship awardee), Karley Duda (student rep) and Chris Ingstad (Treasurer) pictured by the APTA booth. We were so excited to have Cassandra be our first CSM scholarship awardee and excited to offer this opportunity to more students in the future!

Hi! I wanted to connect on behalf of @gnarcyteam. We've got some awesome jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the ideal candidate to rock our latest collection of masculine accessories!

If you dig it, we'd love to hook you up with 3 pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – absolutely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcyteam (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

Medical staff for the 2023 IBJJF master worlds jiu jitsu tournament! Had an outstanding time working alongside these amazing people this past weekend!! We had around 10,000 athletes in three days so it kept us busy but team black belt sports medicine held it down 💪🏼👊🏼

Congratulations, Brandon, Filipe, and Professor Rafael, on your remarkable performance at the @ibjjf San Diego Open! You guys left it all on the mats and made us immensely proud!

🙌 Thank you to everyone who came out to watch and support us! Your presence and encouragement mean the world to us, and we truly appreciate it. Now that this event is behind us, let's shift our focus to the upcoming @ibjjf International Masters North America on May 30th in LA. This is just the beginning, and we have more to accomplish together! Oss! 💪

My cousin @brianingstad and I set out in January 2022 to summit Mt. Gorgonio and he had tried it before in 2019… we were not successful. Him and I tried again in February, but a snow storm made navigating the trail too treacherous for what we were prepared for. So we set our goal for October and the weather window was amazing. Always cooler at elevation and even harder to breathe. But slow and steady it was and we chipped away at the mountain. Together, we accomplished what we both set out to conquer. Felt great to be at the top even though we were both hurting the next day. #worthit
