I’m Alysha Cole, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Injx Bar Aesthetics & Wellness in Peoria, Arizona.

Consider this page a little bit of both worlds: my personal page as the founder of Injx Bar and the main page for our practice. You’ll see our team’s work, patient transformations, treatments, education, and plenty of behind-the-scenes moments and laughs.

Our goal is to create more than just great results. We’ve built a premium, elevated med spa experience for people who want to look and feel their best, be cared for by expert providers, and receive consistent, personalized care.

We’ve curated a space that reflects our values through a beautiful aesthetic, thoughtful details, intentional care, and a team that genuinely enjoys caring for you. We want Injx Bar to feel warm, personal, and full of personality, a place where you feel comfortable, cared for, and truly known.

To us, luxury aesthetics & wellness is about expertise, consistency, attention to detail, and making people feel incredibly well taken care of.

I’m an Arizona native, wife, and mom of three. When I’m not at Injx Bar, I’m usually somewhere between school pickup, sporting events, extracurriculars, and the chaos of motherhood. 😆

This page is where I combine it all: aesthetics, wellness, education, motherhood, business ownership, our team’s work, things I will and will not do as an injector, and probably more yapping than any professional business account needs. 😂

Above all, I want Injx Bar to feel elevated without ever feeling unapproachable.

I will forever defend properly placed dermal filler 💉

I know filler has gotten a bad reputation over the years, and I completely understand why. We’ve all seen examples of what happens when too much filler is used or when facial proportions are overlooked.

But what I think people forget is that those bad examples are such a tiny percentage and the truth is there are SO many more beautiful women walking around with properly placed dermal filler, and you would never even know it because they look tasteful and natural.

Some of the most beautiful, natural-looking faces you see have had a little help along the way. You don’t look at them and think, “Wow, she has filler.” (Because it’s not obvious). You just think, “Wow, she looks amazing!”

And THAT is the goal!

After all these years in aesthetics, dermal filler remains one of my absolute favorite tools in our toolbox. When used thoughtfully and strategically, it can create beautiful facial harmony without changing what makes someone uniquely beautiful.

The key is finding an experienced provider who understands facial anatomy, has a strong aesthetic eye, and, most importantly, shares YOUR aesthetic goals.

Not every patient wants the same look, and not every face needs the same treatment plan.

Good filler shouldn’t announce itself. It should complement what’s already there.
