🎉 10 Joy Hacks with @complex.dani

In our Confetti Conversations episode, Dani opened up about what it’s like to be born into chaos — and how, when there’s no “before the trauma,” your childhood becomes about survival instead of self-discovery.

Through years of healing, she’s been unlearning people-pleasing, perfectionism, and the belief that chaos is “normal.” Now, she’s creating a new blueprint — one grounded in safety, softness, play, and self-trust.

These joy hacks are for anyone who’s ever felt unsafe to rest, struggled to play, or believed that healing meant fixing yourself. Joy isn’t something you earn — it’s something you relearn. 🌷

🎧 Full episode with @complex.dani live now.

If it resonates — subscribe, like, comment, & share to support bringing play back into adulthood. Welcome to your new favorite play date. ✨

Are you ready to meet your future self?! ….. Most rooms ask women to perform. And some of them ask us to prove ourselves. But very few ask us to simply be.
.
Success Becomes Me is a day-long virtual space created for women who want to be witnessed in who they are becoming—not judged for who they’ve been or limited to past versions of themselves.
.
THIS FRIDAY (March 13) , we’re gathering for a day of embodiment, nervous system support, and honest permission to take up more space in our own lives. It’s an immersive experience to become your future self in real time.
.
I will be opening the day with PRIME TO BECOME: A GROUNDING ACTIVATION FOR YOUR FUTURE SELF… and it’s going to prime your body and subconscious so you can actually receive, open, and fully allow yourself to step into your future self.
.
If you’ve been longing for a container that feels grounded, and highly expansive… A space where you can be seen, heard and celebrated for who you’re becoming… this one might be for you. (Plus the event is virtual so you can do all of this from the comfort of your own home)

Did you know that 95% of what you think, feel, and do every day isn’t conscious choice — it’s subconscious programming????
.
The way you react.
The emotions that flood you.
The beliefs that whisper “you’re not enough.”
.
It’s not your fault. It’s your wiring.
.
And until you learn how to communicate with your subconscious — you’ll keep repeating the same emotional loops, no matter how much “inner work” you do.
.
That’s why inside EFT for Emotional Wellness, there’s an entire section on working directly with your subconscious mind.
You’ll learn how to:
.
✦ Rewire old emotional patterns stored in the body
✦ Use tapping to access the subconscious in real time
✦ Shift limiting beliefs that keep you in survival
✦ Build emotional safety from the inside out
.
💛 50% OFF for a limited time. comment EFT and i'll send you a link to finally work with your mind — not against it.

Because healing isn’t about trying harder.
It’s about reprogramming what’s been running the show all along.
