Join us for an afternoon of Journeying Within, incorporating Breathwork, Sacred Tobacco plant medicine and Sound Healing.

On SUNDAY 26th MARCH 2PM-6PM

Spirit Shift are proud to announce our collaboration with Dom Hamill from @InnerAlchemyUK who is a Trauma informed Breathwork facilitator and Shamanic Energy Worker.

Hapé:

Hapé is an Amazonian blend of sacred tobacco mixed with various plants and herbs made by indigenous tribes, and is served through a pipe called a Tepi which is ceremonially blown into each nostril to bring about its powerful healing benefits.

Hapé has a variety of cleansing benefits from physical clearing of the sinuses and impurities in the body, to a spiritual cleansing of the energetic field. It is said to decalcify the pineal gland and help purify our minds eye.

The shamanic understanding of dis-ease is that all sickness is a manifestation of an energetic blockage and if we heal spiritually we also heal physically.

Breathwork:

We will be guiding you through a strong Shamanic consciously connecting Breathwork session - accompanied by healing instruments, the breath allows us to drop out of our minds and into our body - releasing any stuck emotions and associated limiting beliefs we hold that aren’t ours to carry anymore.

We then move into our heart space and allow any messages that wish to come through to surface, tapping into our truest wisdom and our deepest inner knowings.

This is a truly transformative practice, requiring both commitment & surrender as we allow the magic of the breath to guide us on the journey back to our truest self.

Floating Sound Journey:

Floating in your very own hammock (optional) we will be taking you through one of our famous Sacred sound journeys, tapping into any residual energies willing them to come to the surface for release as you are uplifted into a peaceful heart space, elevating you to connect with the Spirit of your highest self.

Happy solstice to all ✨

I was blessed to share yesterday with some beautiful souls in the temazcal, a purification of body, mind & soul to honour the darkest day of the year and the gradual returning of the light.

Whilst honouring the elements and our connection to the Earth, a lot of prayers were focused around the abuelas, the grandmothers. With the passing over of mine last weekend it was beautifully synchronised to honour her and celebrate her reconnection to my grandfather after 30 years apart 🙏🏼

Spent the night with more connection to the fire and some grandfather medicine. Many more prayers and blessings sent out through the night.

They say that to the one who looks on the fire, the fire will always be the fire, it is only the smoke that changes, the story. May yours be filled with gratitude and love for all that has been and is to come.

Deepest thanks and gratitude for everyone who has been in the space with me this year, whether in person or online. Thank you for all of the new connections made and the moments shared together.

May your festive period be filled with love, laughter & joy.

Re-post from my sister @paulaflanaganbreathwork I had a real reflective day yesterday and was questioning a lot of things about my path. Then a reminder like this pops up of why I do what I do 🙏🏼✨

The breath and bodywork allows us to feel and release lifetimes of stored emotions. The beauty that comes after facing and feeling these is so liberating and Paula perfectly described one of so many special moments from breath camp

HPhoto credits @integrativebreath This photograph is me. The moment I had the biggest emotional release of my life… and it was was captured on photo. My fellow breathwork buddy @inneralchemyuk could see that I was shifting energy by the way my body was moving during the breathe. I’d been struggling with stuck energy in my hips and I’d spent the first few days fidgeting during my breathes as I had a heavy weight in my hips and pelvis. I had no idea before Breathwork training that I was holding all my trauma there… a difficult labour, abandonment and forgiveness issues, then the death of my dad. Dom intuitively placed his hands on my chest, he said he sensed I was having difficulty releasing the emotion… like it was struggling to get out. The minute he placed his hand there, I felt a release of sadness, grief, anger and bitterness. I cried like a baby. I felt completely held and completely seen by my breathwork mates that were holding space. They held me until I stopped crying and sat with me until I came out of the whole process. They didn’t try to make the pain go away. They made it ok for me to explore this release without judgement, without hurrying me, without trying to make me better. They were just there which made me feel safe and held. I’m still working on all these emotions, it’s a journey. But my god. Breathwork is a powerful healing tool. I thought I was ok, but I was holding on to stuff which was causing me to have hard edges. I say it every session I hold, but it really is an honour to breathe with you. Pay It forward Breathwork - this week we are moving onto the Solar Plexus Chakra - our personal power, purpose and the element of fire 🔥

Brothers circle ⭕️

Brothers 💙

In these turbulent times of transformation there has never been a greater call for brothers to come together to sit in circle. To hold each other in a sacred space where we can be fully vulnerable, and our true selves without any fear of judgement.

The call is to create a collaborative mens circle and community, the first will be this Sunday 2nd October 10am at @spiritshift_ in Northfleet, Kent.

We will open sacred space and allow for sharing and unburdening, so that we may leave lighter and revitalised to go back out to our daily lives. We will be sharing some short breathwork and possibly have a bit of a jam afterwards so feel free to bring any instruments along with you 🪘

If you would like to come along just send me or @kyrel1 a DM so that we have an idea of numbers and can add you into the group - this will be a small optional donation only gathering.

***Online Offerings***

For a long time I’ve had a bit of a block around sharing my work online, I dip into it then move away, dip in and move away, I’m a bit late to the party though I was holding onto a belief that true healing can only come in person and that it needs to be held in the traditional manner.

Of recent times I’ve been doing a lot of my own practices via online platforms and really feel the value that being in my own space can provide. The privacy of my own space to integrate and to feel the after effects fully. As well as the benefit of being able to reach souls Worldwide. I will of course continue to offer in person sessions and events, due to the huge value in those, however I’m being guided to offer more via the medium of these magical online portals.

The conscious connected breathwork we work with gifts us with the opportunity to be fully and unconditionally present with ourselves, to drop into our body and allow for any stuck emotions, associated limiting beliefs and patterns to be revealed and released.

If you’re feeling stuck, anxious, depressed, lethargic, numb or a host of other symptoms, there will be some kind of blockage within the body that is not allowing energy to flow, not allowing you to recognise the light that you truly are.

You will be doing the work for yourself, I am certainly no guru, I simply hold space and guide you in a way that allows you to come into relation with and empower yourself through the breath.

Issie and Jessica from the Conscious Heart Warriors are excited to be collaborating with Dom from Inner Alchemy for a beautiful Breathwork and Shamanic Healing Ceremony.
We will be balancing the divine Masculine and feminine through conscious connected breathing
We are so excited to share this beautiful breath-work ceremony with you.
When we are unbalanced it can result in us feeling, burnt out, anxious, depressed, stressed, angry etc
The aim of this event is to come to a place of balance and neutrality.
To heal ourselves from the inside out through guided breath work & meditation.
We will set intentions for ourselves and the world and proceed to make changes that benefit our lives and the lives of others.
This will be a powerful evening, one of personal transformation and releasing anything that no longer serves you for your highest good or the highest good of others and the planet.
It all starts with ourselves. Healing any parts within that are wounded and coming to a place of loving acceptance.
Through conscious connected breathing we connect to higher states of consciousness and our breath helps to connect between our conscious/subconscious mind and our body.
The body remembers what the mind forgets, so it’s a journey navigating through the emotions and unlocking the trauma so we can be free. When we work with the breath it creates space for the healing and blockages to release. Shamanic healing and breathwork combined is pure magic.
Once we have released the emotions we come back to a place of balance and peace within.
It creates a space for our body, mind and spirit to come back to a place of truth and Embody the source of who we are.
An awakening to the true power we hold within.

***The Journey Within ***

Very excited to share this new collaboration with @bradwhit88 @kyrel1 @spiritshift_ back in Northfleet, Kent.

The body remembers what the mind forgets, when our energetic body is blocked & holding onto heavy energy we can suffer from a range of symptoms and dis-ease within our physical bodies - the solution - go within

When we release any stuck emotions we can release any associated limiting beliefs; such as not feeling enough, not feeling whole and complete exactly as we are - along with the symptoms of anxiety, addictions and depression that can be tied to them.

Once the release has occurred we are able to come back to a place of homeostasis and balance.

It creates a space for our body, mind and spirit to integrate and come back to a place of remembrance.

An awakening to the true power we hold within.

We will be journeying using sacred plant medicine hapé, a strong & deep conscious connected breathwork, followed by a floating sound journey in the aerial hammocks, being immersed in sound vibrations as you float effortlessly in the air.
