✨ Calling All Brothers 📞 ✨

Come join us for A full day to step out of the noise and into connection. We’re coming together on a private piece of land in Greenwich for a day of grounding, brotherhood, and real presence.

Expect guided meditation, a cacao ceremony, open sharing circles, and space to be seen and heard in a safe, respectful environment. We’ll have a fire pit going, BBQ food (meat and non-meat), and time to simply slow down and reconnect.

As the day unfolds, we open the space for expression, bring an instrument, or your voice for open sharing.

Held at Plot 9, Maze Hill, Greenwich in a unique community space built on creativity, connection, and making something meaningful from what’s been left behind.

This is a non-profit event. £25 contribution ticket to cover food, drinks, cacao, and use of the land.
Please purchase tickets via the link provided.
*This is a ticketed and limited numbers event.*

If you feel the call, you’re welcome

We are excited to share more about the location of our January, Awakening Through Trauma Retreat!

Shambalanté is a retreat center located in the magical town of Izamal, in Yucatán, México. Inside the retreat center you will find the shala's, palapas, swimming pools, temazcal, dining room and exquisite lounging areas.

Shambalanté's goal is to facilitate getting in touch with nature and with your own being, making it the perfect location for our immersive somatic breathwork retreat.

We all know—even if only intuitively—that the natural world is astounding in its innate power and awe-inspiring beauty to influence healing in our bodies, minds and souls.

Our immersive retreat combined with this unique space will take you deep into your own healing and awakening. We will cultivate a sacred container of safety where you will be held, seen and loved exactly as you are.

Trauma changes us that is for certain but how it changes us is a choice that we are all ultimately responsible for AND yet, we can't do it alone.

Join us this January at the beautiful Shambalanté to experience the power of sacred witnessing and conscious practices so that you can reintegrate those wounded unconscious parts of you and embody your true nature.

Early bird pricing is available until November 5th! Link in bio to register.

Join us for an afternoon of Journeying Within, incorporating Breathwork, Sacred Tobacco plant medicine and Sound Healing.
💖
Spirit Shift are proud to announce our collaboration with Dom Hamill from @InnerAlchemyUK who is a Trauma informed Breathwork facilitator and Shamanic Energy Worker.
💖
Yours hosts will be Kyrel and Dom.
💖
Sunday 26th March, 2-6pm
💖
At our EBSFLEET venue.
💖
Schedule:
- Hapé Ceremony
- Breathwork
- Shamanic Sound Journey (in hammocks/optional)
💖
Hapé:
💖
Hapé is an Amazonian blend of sacred tobacco mixed with various plants and herbs made by indigenous tribes, and is served through a pipe called a Tepi which is ceremonially blown into each nostril to bring about its powerful healing benefits.
💖
Hapé has a variety of cleansing benefits from physical clearing of the sinuses and impurities in the body, to a spiritual cleansing of the energetic field. It is said to decalcify the pineal gland and help purify our minds eye.
💖
The shamanic understanding of dis-ease is that all sickness is a manifestation of an energetic blockage and if we heal spiritually we also heal physically.
💖
Breathwork:
💖
We will be guiding you through a strong Shamanic consciously connecting Breathwork session - accompanied by healing instruments, the breath allows us to drop out of our minds and into our body releasing any stuck emotions and associated limiting beliefs we hold that aren’t ours to carry anymore.
💖
We then move into our heart space and allow any messages that wish to come through to surface, tapping into our truest wisdom and our deepest inner knowings.
💖
This is a truly transformative practice, requiring both commitment & surrender as we allow the magic of the breath to guide us on the journey back to our truest self.
💖
Floating Sound Journey:
💖
Floating in your very own hammock (optional) we will be taking you through one of our famous Sacred sound journeys, tapping into any residual energies willing them to come to the surface for release as you are uplifted into a peaceful heart space, elevating you to connect with the Spirit of your highest self.
💖
We love you 🥰

The aim is to raise your vibe one game at a time.

Just the act of talking about feel good things and being witnessed too is the ideal daily boost for those looking to feel more gratitude.

Interspersed with some sneaky meditation, yoga and qi gong inspired activities. Even those who don't realise their vibe is raising, are raising their vibe just by playing this game.

Great for kids, groups, work meetings, workshop ice breakers. On a farm! So many places to play

Thanks to everyone who has agreed to me filming them so far!

Bring your own drum if you have one. There will be plenty of drums for those who don't.
