I have been teaching Yoga and offering Therapeutic Sound in Addiction settings for almost 1.5yrs now. What a humbling experience. Parents who have lost children, mothers who have had their children taken away through social services, deaths, prison time, gamblers, ketamine users, cocaine, alcohol, inability to be still, deeply disconnected bodies, PTSD, a lot of physical health issues...Many have not experienced yoga, many have not experienced a sound journey. Wow...some experience deep stillness for the first time, some still struggle, some see there dead children, some learn to breathe for the first time...so much more to say...what a blessing, what an honour ❤️ by @innerbalance.me

One of the many after midnight magic summer gathering hours round the fire...this one in particular from @onenessjamscommunity campout...pure bliss! one of my favourite growing communities...a space that allows all of us to flower in our common shared love of music ...becoming more comfortable in sharing some of my music..thank you @dimitree613 for capturing this moment ❤️ by @innerbalance.me

Held by @studio_marie__, joined by @food_fire_knives and @innerbalance.me This event was such a unique experience and one that we hope to repeat as the wheel of the year turns, to connect more deeply with the land and our experience on this earth. To feel into how we are nourished by the land, and to connect more deeply with our bodies, to listen to their guidance and the guidance of Mother Nature.

We hope experiences like these can help us to live in deeper harmony and appreciation of this magical planet and this gift we call life.

Join the movement to stay connected and hear about future events. Link in Bio. by @innerbalance.me

In the spring I took a walk somewhere I had never been before and stumbled across this 400 yr old beech tree on private land.. I was mesmerised as it grew on top of the edge of big & beautiful rock formations..I was quite blown away by the presence of the land, tree and rocks..

5 months later I received a call from one of the family members connected to the same land who didn’t know me , but found me on a search …asking if I could come play for his birthday… I couldn’t believe that somehow I was bought back to the very same Beech tree to share music..

There was something particularly special about finding myself there again

With a heart full of gratitude, I want to thank each and every sister who joined our Sisters Circle on the beautiful land at Stanmer Park, gathered together in the warmth of the yurt. What a gift it was to come together on such a glorious sunny day, sharing joy, connection, and sacred moments.
It was truly special to hold space for you all during the sound journey I offered, bringing a shamanic approach to sound and weaving together different sacred instruments. The vibrations guided us gently inward, supporting deep release and reconnection. The powerful, deep resonance of the gong created waves of transformation, allowing space for grounding, expansion, and inner reflection.
The gentle sounds of the hang pan at the end, offered by Lisa-Marie, brought such beautiful magic, softly guiding everyone back into the body and closing the session with care and grace.
Celebrating one of our sister’s birthdays with a blessing ritual using wands made of fresh blooms was such a touching moment. Beautiful Nataliya, who brought this sister circle into manifestation with such an open heart 💓, created a sacred space through the altar, prayers, meditation, and the delicious cacao prepared with love and a touch of magic. Together, we shared a space of deep connection, love, and presence.
It felt like a perfect day of women coming together in unity, honoring Mother Earth and nurturing the sacred feminine energy within us all.
With deep gratitude, thank you also for the beautiful collaboration and shared vision with
