5 Ways You Can Make a Difference for Heart Health❤️ As a 2025 Woman of Impact with @american_heart , I am raising awareness and funds for the Go Red for Women campaign.

1-I am currently looking for organizational sponsors. All donations are tax deductible and funds go directly to the Go Red for Women Campaign. All sponsors will recieve promotional recognition on all platforms. (My campaign begins February 7th on Go Red for Women day)

2- I am looking for a few more team members to join my campaign team. Your name will be listed and you will have your individual link to share from Heart Association ❤️

3- Donations can be accepted starting February 7th and my campaign runs through April. Any contributions amount is appreciated! Together, we can help save lives! A portion of ALL monthly memberships will go to the campaign! Contributions Commitments are welcome Now.

4- If you are unable to donate, you can just share my link during my campaign. Raising awareness is just as important as raising funds!

5-Attend one of my events. Tuesday, March 11th will be my Go Red for Women FUNdraiser at the Brightside Dayton.

This Just Happened!!!!

We were just cooling down to Superwoman in class today and I got to go live with the real Superwoman @aliciakeys

She has been such an inspiration to me and although I can’t sing, her music has moved me for decades! Feeling extra blessed tonight and grateful that I had such an amazing opportunity!! God is good and if you’re reading this, know that anything is possible when you believe in possibilities!
