“For my birthday this year, I spent the morning doing an equine-assisted craniosacral treatment with Kaili and Heather, and it was outstanding.
At first, it felt vulnerable laying down outside in the open elements, but the sound of the wind in the trees and the birds above helped me settle right in. Kaili gave gentle vocal guidance throughout so I was never startled. The horse didn’t approach until we were both ready. He stood right over my head, gently brushed his soft mouth along my face, and moved to my heart before positioning himself alongside the table where I could touch his side. I felt so steadied by his presence.
Having the energies of the horses and nature to guide the healing and release some blocks was both subtle and powerful. I walked away feeling deeply seen and understood.”

Another heart healing session with these heavenly guides. The horses spent the first half of the session resting and charging up across the field.

We practice dropping into deep acceptance and allowing, of the energy of the day, the moment, nature, and ourselves.

Trusting in the herd, their rhythm, timing, choices and flow. In this place of acceptance magic transpired. They came and created a palpable field of peace and serenity. They supported what needed to move to move, and what needed holding to be held.

Our client told us after she was communicating heart to heart with the herd, asking for forgiveness from the horse clan to human clan for abuse that had been inflicted on them. The horse with the most complicated history dropped into the session with more closeness and curiosity than ever before.

Endlessly grateful for these collaborative sessions and what comes through 🙏✨🤍

Feeling inspired and lit up on everything Eco-somatics and how it has played such a huge role in my healing journey!

Eco-somatic practices are informed by deep ecology, ecopsychology, spiritual and earth based traditions, and an understanding long held within many Indigenous cultures: that humans are part of a living, interconnected world that is honoured and respected through reciprocal relationship.

Good morning friends!! Not sure if it’s the eclipses or what 💫 feeling a new, slightly uncomfortable 🙃 inspiration to share more of myself here and how I approach suffering, growth and somatic-nature work in my life and private practice ✨

This specific principle I’m sharing is noticing suffering, stress or overwhelm in mind + body and experimenting with moving from a:

🏹 Small narrow version of reality or self ie.
-stuck focussed on what feels bad, disconnected or alone

To ➡️ opening up or widening our peripheral focus and awareness 🌞
-to include and let in our environment ..through sensory perception.

When we take our attention outward with curiosity and presence, something can shift. We may begin to feel met, received and held by the abundant beauty & intelligence of the wider living ecosystem around us.

A remembering that we are intimately connected with and belong to something much larger than ourselves 🌌 💙 🌎 🙏
