Different bodies. Different strengths. Same movement 🤍

Pilates isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about building strength, improving control and finding what works for YOUR body.

Move with intention. The strength will follow. 🌀 by @innerstorm____

There’s something addictive about moving with intention.
The flow. The focus. The feeling.
Once you find your rhythm, everything else fades away.

Come experience it for yourself 🖤

Most of us only ever train in one direction… then wonder why we feel strong in class but weirdly off everywhere else.

There’s three planes:
✨ Sagittal - forward & back
💫 Frontal - side to side
🌀 Transverse - rotation / twist

Once you can understand them, then you can feel them. That’s annoyingly precise.

The series that keeps on givingg 🌶️

A lot of oblique love with seamless transitions that challenge core strength and lateral stability! The challenge is to stay in control between each transition ⭐️

Also guys how am I already this tan and it’s not even summer yet 😃

I wish building abs was as simple as drinking a latte every morning.

Creatine isn’t a fat burner, but it does help your muscles regenerate ATP, essentially the energy they need to perform.

And when you can squeeze out an extra rep, lift a little heavier or maintain your training intensity, you’re creating more opportunities to build muscle.

For me, rebuilding my core strength postpartum has been a combination of Pilates, progressive overload and gym training. Creatine is simply another tool that can support that process.

And can we move past the idea that creatine is going to make women bulky? It doesn’t magically build muscle, and any initial increase on the scales is generally water stored within the muscles, not fat.

What’s even more interesting to me is the emerging research into creatine and cognitive performance, particularly during sleep deprivation.

I think it’s time we stopped looking at creatine as a supplement exclusively for bodybuilders and started recognising its potential role in women’s strength and health.

It’s not something everyone needs, just like iron isn’t something everyone needs. But it’s certainly not something women need to be afraid of ☕️ by @innerstorm____

No props, just a core warm-up that challenges you from the very first rep.

Starting with chest lifts and progressively layering the intensity until we reach our double curl.

The focus? Control over momentum.

Seated obliques, but make it spicy

A little lateral flexion, a little crunch, and a whole lot of core control.

The trick? Keep BOTH sitting bones heavy on the mat. As you reach to one side, resist the temptation to let the opposite hip lift or become lighter.

Think of your hips as anchors ⚓️ — the further you reach, the heavier they become.

Less momentum, more control, and a whole lot of oblique burn.

Save this one for your next mat Pilates flow!
