No one will love it the way you do.
No one will sit and stare observing each line, texture, and colour.

But maybe they’ll take a moment. Maybe they will pause and inhale a puff of inspiration. Who knows. Art is funny. So is life.

And so if, even if no one sits with me to look at what I created, I hope they pause for even a second and feel something. I'll take that. I'll take a fuck I like that with a brief flutter of the insides over nothing.

My first mural is in the works. This wall… 🖤 grateful to have this opportunity. Seriously — this is the beginning.

Artist · Creative Director

I don’t have an esoteric explanation for what I make.
I don’t make art to impress; I’d rather inspire.

I like to create spaces—art and community—and to tell stories through what I make. Sometimes that looks like very large paintings, sometimes small works on handmade paper. Sometimes it shows up through words.
I work with ink, paper, watercolor, acrylic, spray paint—whatever moves me. I

love the moment I think I’ve ruined something. That’s where I work best: in the mess—that is the art. When I return later, I almost always find something I didn’t see before.

For me, that’s where the real process begins—in the mistake. It’s like, in a way, seeing what’s possible. Imagination is rebellion, and I think we’re all just trying to make sense of things—and maybe, if we’re lucky, make something inspiring along the way.

That’s why I’m here.

I was born on an army base and never attended the same school for more than two years. A rootless upbringing taught me humanity in all its forms—people, places, stories.

If it matters to you, I studied theatre and film and studied at Second City in Chicago.

I believe we need art, in whatever form art is for you. It’s how I make sense of the world, especially when it doesn’t make sense.

That’s my work.
That’s my why for connecting with others.
I’m not for everyone—and neither is my art.

When you’re with your frame person. Watching them silently nervous AF waiting for them to tell you what it will cost you to frame your art.

Why is art expensive you ask?
- paint
- ink
- quality paper
- brushes
- pen
- canvas
- materials
- place to paint - lights - etc - things to clean up the mess.
- my time
- my imagination and creativity - I’m not a light switch 😂 it takes time.

Entre l’Arròs i el Cel
Between the Rice and the Sky 🖤

Bé, això us ho deixo a vosaltres.

Entre l’Arròs i el Cel. En algun lloc entre l’arròs i el cel.

I ara aquest ocellet busca una llar.

Disponible com a làmina d’art digital.

This little bird has a story.

I originally created this piece for a local art competition in Girona, inspired by the rice fields of Catalunya and the beautiful birds that call these wetlands home.

Well, life happened. I got busy. Missed the deadline.

But the bird stayed. And I’m rather glad it did.

A little tribute to Catalunya’s rice fields, the wildlife, and the quiet beauty of this landscape. My own slightly abstract, wonderfully imperfect interpretation of nature, with a few wandering lines, a splash of color, and one rather mysterious black circle.

What does the black circle mean? Well, I’ll leave that up to you.

Entre l’Arròs i el Cel. Somewhere between the rice and the sky.

And now this little bird is looking for a home.

Available as a digital art print.

Your art is very varied, they tell me.
You have quite an eclectic range of styles, I have been told.
Or my favorite: “You’re still trying to figure out your art style?”

Thank you to all of the above. I like to create. I'm curious about colors, texture, and simply making things. Maybe instead of asking what you make, what kind of artist are you — maybe what's more important is, ‘How does it make you feel?’

This has been with me for a year. I had forgotten about it. Today I finished it. Is it old? Outdated? No longer me? Of course I've grown in technique, and you can tell from the painting; nonetheless, I brought it back to life. And I'll proudly have it on display at an upcoming art exhibition. 🖤

Enjoy a vid of my sketch time.
I could sketch for hours.
Sometimes it's good. Sometimes it’s not. Sometimes it makes sense - sometimes it does not.
But that isn't the point of sketching.

Cosmic Space Cat DIGITAL ART PRINT

A downloadable digital print created from my original artwork is now available.

FILE DETAILS

* High-resolution PNG
* 3000 × 3000 pixels
* Square format
* Created at 300 DPI
* No physical item will be shipped

PRINTING

For the best quality, I recommend printing up to 10 × 10 in (25.4 × 25.4 cm). The artwork can also be printed at smaller sizes while keeping the same square proportions.

For larger prints, such as 30 × 30 cm, the image will be enlarged slightly and may lose a little sharpness. It should still work nicely as an art print, but results will depend on the printer, paper and printing service.

I recommend using a good-quality heavyweight matte or fine-art paper. For the nicest result, take the file to a local print shop or use a professional online printing service.

PLEASE NOTE

This artwork is square. If you choose a non-square paper or frame size (such as A4 or A3), the print will either have a border around the artwork or will need to be cropped.

Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the finished print due to differences in monitors, printers and paper.

For personal use only. Please do not reproduce for resale, redistribute, or share the digital file. DM for inquiries 🐈‍⬛🖤 by @inside_my_artstudio

A quick sketch: ‘stay curious’ 🖤
I think you have to be curious. Wonder. Ask questions. Experiment. Mess up and try again.
Something about playful, messy sketches that will always be a favorite.
