Creativity & Structure Can Coexist. 👇 Creativity without structure can burn out. Structure without creativity can go stale. I build both, and as an artist and brand strategist, I promise you need both. You don't need to be a global brand to behave like one. Most of my fellow freelancers and small outdoor brands don't struggle because they lack ideas. They struggle because there’s no system that connects mission, campaigns, content, and audience insights. So marketing becomes reactive and inconsistent, and sometimes frankly exhausting. What my clients receive: Brand Compass Mission, positioning, tone, and positioning clarity. Campaign architecture, seasonal structure, and message. Content Control System & A weekly execution framework. Audience Signal Tracking. Monthly Strategic Reflection & field notes to refine direction and decisions. So, all in all, remember that your marketing operating system brings structure to the creative process. It connects mission to campaign to content to audience, insight, and refinement. All of this is for your business's well-being. If you read this far, it's my friendly freelance advice, based on many years of trial and error. 😘 by @jen1agan

It’s about being secure enough in your own work to appreciate someone else’s. Freelancer to freelancer. Artist to artist. Business owner to business owners Share other people’s work. Even if they do what you do. Especially if they do what you do. I like seeing what other people make. Sometimes it inspires me, other times it challenges me. Sometimes I just think, damn, that’s dope! Because one day you might be so busy that you have no room for another client. Or even better? You recognize that what a client needs might be better suited to another freelancer. And that gesture? I promise, it comes back. 🖤 by @jen1agan

Entre l’Arròs i el Cel Between the Rice and the Sky 🖤 Aquest ocellet té una història. Bé, això us ho deixo a vosaltres. T’interessa? Envia’m un missatge privat. 🖤 ⸻ ♥️ This little bird has a story. I originally created this piece for a local art competition in Girona, inspired by the rice fields of Catalunya and the beautiful birds that call these wetlands home. Well, life happened. I got busy. Missed the deadline. But the bird stayed. And I’m rather glad it did. A little tribute to Catalunya’s rice fields, the wildlife, and the quiet beauty of this landscape. My own slightly abstract, wonderfully imperfect interpretation of nature, with a few wandering lines, a splash of color, and one rather mysterious black circle. What does the black circle mean? Well, I’ll leave that up to you. Entre l’Arròs i el Cel. Somewhere between the rice and the sky. And now this little bird is looking for a home. Available as a digital art print. €15 | High-resolution download | Printable up to A2 (42 × 59.4 cm). Print it. Frame it. Make it yours. Interested? Just send me a DM. 🖤 by @jen1agan
Women’s Panel x @drinkbivo x Fun In Sport My good friends @drinkbivo were in Girona mid-September. How could I say no to a ‘Women-led’ panel discussing fun in sport @templerunninggirona I loved the topic and hearing the different responses. When @lilymargaret5 asked me “What does fun in sport mean to me?” I said: Curiosity Whether working in the industry or as an athlete having a curious spirit usually leads to fun or something professionally brilliant. I’ve pitched some pretty unconventional ideas in the past, and the director of marketing once said, "Fine-you use your marketing budget to see if it works." Challenge accepted I replied ✌️Let’s rock n’roll 😉 Could a city-ride series - celebrating food, art, and architecture- resonate with people? What if a bike messenger who raced fixed gear was exactly the ambassador a brand needed? Completely different at the time than all their ambassadors. I backed those ideas. The messenger became a brilliant ambassador and now works in marketing for a major brand. The ride series turned out to be one of the most successful and fun series I've done. Not all ideas will work — but sometimes coming up with wild what-ifs is exactly the place to start. So ya.. Be curious. Daydream! Thank you for a fun panel and night @drinkbivo @templerunninggirona 📸 @aleixferrerr by @jen1agan
