African dance x Contact Improv! 🎉

We’re excited to share the floor with Buyi Philip next week! Through a combination of traditional African movement, hip-hop, primal flow, and breathwork, he will show us all sorts of ways to connect with our body and our focus, and build up energy in our movements.  @insidetherhythmm, his movement offering, has a beautiful effect on the body, mind and spirit, allowing us to release stress, express, and build vitality. His goal is to leave us feeling grounded, energized, and of course, in tune with the rhythm within!

Let’s see what we can cultivate and create together 🙌
