Dialled in after 5 brews by @insomnia_here_we_go — Finca Motta by @sumocoffeeroasters is a Colombia Anaerobic Orange Bourbon from 1,700m in Acevedo, Huila, where producer Jefferson Adrián Motta combines generations of knowledge with precisely controlled fermentation. The cup delivers: ripe mango, peach, yellow plums and banana, super sweet and complex, finishing at an 8.1 on V60 dosed to 118ppm with Third Wave Water Classic.

Raspberry.
That's the coffee I got gifted from @blind_monkey_coffee, a small bag to sample. Of course I forgot what it was, I got it straight from the cooling tray and was told to wait 10 days at least. Maybe @wojciech_tysler can confirm, but I think it's Colombia Ombligón.
Could also be Brasil Santa Isabel, because my wife and my kid both first only smelled chocolate, but what do they know 😁 Also, almost no chaff, so could be natural, but to me raspberry is so prominently presented I think it's not. Acidity is beautiful.
