Dialled in after 5 brews by @insomnia_here_we_go — Finca Motta by @sumocoffeeroasters is a Colombia Anaerobic Orange Bourbon from 1,700m in Acevedo, Huila, where producer Jefferson Adrián Motta combines generations of knowledge with precisely controlled fermentation.

🥭 The Coffee of the Month is our Kenya AA KARIAINI. We like to say it's our fruitiest coffee, making it the most suitable for hot summer days. There's nothing quite like a refreshing and very fruity Cold Brew or filter coffee. Special price available only in August.

________
🇨🇴Colombia MESETA CAUCA is medium roasted coffee. We've roasted it to highlight its syrupy full body with chocolate notes and emphasize flavors of dried fruits and a delicate hint of citruses.

You’ve got to start somewhere! Our home roaster community is amazing. The skills are usually developed at home, often solo. That first roast might have been a mess, but take a look back. Does the progress you’ve made surprise you?

We recommend keeping a roasting journal. Record the important details about the coffees you roast, challenges faced, and tips and techniques you’ve honed for your specific equipment.
