The biggest question is… how do I feel? 🥹 Grateful. Overwhelmed. And honestly, still taking it all in. Insta Brow won TWICE. 🏆🏆 We took home 2nd Place overall AND Best Elk Grove Startup at Pitch Elk Grove, and then I found out that in the four-year history of the competition, this was the first time one company had ever taken home two awards in the same year. Like… what?! 🥹 For so many years, I’ve lived in willing-and-grind mode. If I wanted something, I worked harder. I figured it out. I pushed through. I made it happen. And that version of me built a lot. But lately, I’ve been learning how to move differently. More in flow. More in faith. More prayer. More trust. Doing my part, but also allowing God to lead me instead of feeling like I have to force everything myself. And I can see the difference. Not just in the opportunities coming my way, but in the people God has placed around me. People who show up. People who believe in the vision. People who pray for me, encourage me, help me, and sometimes see what’s coming before I do. That’s what made this night so emotional. Yes, I’m proud of the two wins. Yes, I’m proud that a beauty brand walked into a room filled with innovation across completely different industries and stood out. But more than anything, I’m grateful for what this season is teaching me. Thankful 🙏🏽 by @instabrowceo

40. 🥹✨10.03.1986 Still taking in how special this night was. To be in a room filled with friends and family I genuinely love, people who have supported me, challenged me, prayed for me, laughed with me, and been part of so many different chapters of my life, meant more than I can explain. One of my favorite parts of the night was hearing everyone share how we met, a memory we’ve shared, or simply what they see in me. Some stories made me laugh, and all of them reminded me just how blessed I am to be surrounded by so much love. My prayer entering this new decade is simple: More life. More love. More purpose. More peace. And more of God. I’m grateful for every answered prayer, every lesson, every beautiful moment, and even the seasons I didn’t understand while I was going through them. I know God carried me through every version of myself that brought me here. To everyone who came, celebrated me, poured into me, and made this night what it was, thank you. I’m still kind of taking all of this in 🥹💕 What was so special to me about Pitch Elk Grove is that this competition was open to innovative businesses in all different industries… and I got to walk into that room representing BEAUTY with a physical product that I created. Like… that’s big to me. And the support?? There were literally people there cheering me on that I had NO idea were coming. 🥹 I felt so loved. To walk away Best of Elk Grove AND 2nd place overall just made the whole night even crazier. 🏆✨ And this is only the beginning for INSTA BROW®.
