It’s been a month, and even though I can think of you and not cry anymore, I’m still missing a piece of my heart. You are the best dog I could have asked for. They don’t tell you how much it’s going to hurt when it’s your time. No one prepares you for this loss you feel. People say oh he’s just a dog. You were never just a dog. You were the reason I got up in the morning, the joy of coming home, my shadow and part of my heart. Rexie misses you so much. Thank you for the 11.5 years you gave me. You taught me unconditional love and I hope you are eating all the delicious food and chasing all the bunnies pain free. I love you kodabear by @intentionally.imperfect_

Gym friends are the best friends!

April 2022-July 2023

Know what you can’t see?

All the weighing of food and counting of calories/macros, hours I’ve put in the gym and the lifestyle change I’ve been through

I worked out for 4 years straight before that video and I always thought, if I do more sit ups, if I go to the gym more, I’ll lean out and get more muscle

I didn’t really understand the saying that Abs are made in the kitchen.

I was not eating enough protein, I was not eating enough sustainable food and I was drinking way too much.

I got goals and now they are closer than ever

This breaks my heart

My parents sent me this pic of pizza from https://www.therealmccoyburgers.com
And told me they are closing down tomorrow!

This was a staple for lunch in high school and they had one of the best poutines.

About last night!

I knew there were amazing ladies in the neighborhood. We just needed a riveting game of bunco to bring us all together! Olivia Davis thanks so much for hosting!

Didn’t have to touch these babies up this morning

A little glossy shine and dry texturizing spray and 😘😘😘

I also brushed them out and they still looked great!

I went with a smaller tapered barrel this morning to change it up.

What do you think?
