We are IN THE FLESH STUDIOS, a new Manchester-based collective. Our aim is to create an environment where communication and inspiration can be found that differ from your online world. A space with distance from the omnipresent mobile phone, where old skool ways of seeing and interacting can thrive. Lets get like-minded individuals together again, in the flesh. by @inthefleshstudios

It’s here! This Saturday 16th September we’re taking over @hebdenbridgehostel for the afternoon (4-7pm), where we’ll be exhibiting a selection of fab local artists- all with very different but equally amazing ways their work embodies the theme ‘Connection to: Nature’ !
The event is part of a bigger Heritage open day, get down early (11-4pm) for hostel tours as well as free mindful drawing workshops with @bethcockcroftart.
Our ITF event officially starts from 4pm, with a DJ, drinks/byob, great vibes and free entry 🫶🫶

✨meet the team✨
Introducing Immie Ruth Jones 🐇

Immie applies an autobiographical approach to her multidisciplinary practice, producing ‘Rat’ figures that act as a form of personal symbolism. Each medium allows a cathartic reflection inwards, leading to the birth of new ‘Rats’ that represent elements uncovered from her suppressed state of mind by @inthefleshstudios
