I’m so happy to be walking into spring, and into the countdown to @mosaic.gathering . This will be my third year, and my first as a creator. Our community, this land, this weaving together of so many humans and ideas— creates endless space for conversations , connection, authenticity, inspiration, growth, safety, and boundless possibility.

This year I offer a colorful space to sit with your thoughts. I’ve painted a mantra. One for humanity to visualize, together. May we manifest beautiful things with our thoughts, for all beings. May we find ways to create calming currents that surround and protect our sisters and brothers in this current state of the world.

I’ll also be offering a few mini Thai-yoga bodywork sessions over the weekend. It’s been a favorite setting of mine to practice massage in years past. It is truly a land that resets. I’m so happy to be apart of this, friends. I can not wait to play and dance under the stars again ✨🧚‍♀️🖼️🎨🪩⚡️

If you’re looking to connect with other epic people, play with creativity and flow, and find a space to express joy, grief, and everything in between, join us. It would be a gift to both you and this planet. Link for tickets and more info in bio!

Welcoming these beautiful students to Reiki level 1💜 Each one brought their own special magic to make our first Reiki workshop unforgettable. Thank you.

From Rita, Reiki Master Teacher
I had the incredible honor and experience of leading these beautiful humans in my first group Reiki workshop this past Sunday. We met at Myrtle Beach State Park and sat nestled between trees and ocean as we connected with nature, each other and Reiki. All of us, walking different paths, connected by the same thread. That our hearts(and our guts) said yes and we chose to listen. It is a day that I will carry with me always💛💜🔥💫💫💫 taken in Myrtle Beach State Park by @intuitive_integration

🍂🍃🍁🍃🍂✨
From Reiki Master Teacher, Rita Marley:
I first experienced Reiki in 2010 while in massage school. My instructor, a Reiki Master, stood behind me and without her ever touching my back, I began to feel waves of heat and relief up and down. It was the beginning of a long line of physical, mental and emotional shifts coming my way. But that’s a whole other post 🙃
Fast forward a few years, after moving away from home and becoming a mother- 2 soul stretching life events- I met my first Reiki teacher and received training in levels 1&2.

Reiki began to weave itself into my life and my massage practice naturally and I loved witnessing the benefit it was bringing to my clients. But I still didn’t think I’d be teaching it. I remember telling my first Reiki Master that I didn’t feel comfortable talking about energy with other people. She quickly turned to me and said “You better get comfortable! It’s part of what you’re here to do”. So that’s what I did. The following 7 years, on the way to my Master level training, I got really comfortable with it. And I’m ready to share. I would say this is long overdue but I believe in divine timing💜

“When we open our eyes, we see beyond ourselves.
When we open our ears, we listen beyond ourselves.
When we surrender to this attraction, we grow in self-awarness.“
