Hi! I’m excited to welcome you to my new business Instagram. I’ve been using my old page from the East Coast for a while, but the new year felt like the right moment to begin again.

I’m an independent massage therapist in the area with over 13 years of experience. I blend Swedish and deep tissue techniques with Thai-yoga massage, myofascial release, Reiki, and yoga principles to help you unwind stress, ease pain, and reset your nervous system.

Now accepting new clients — book through the link in my bio. taken in Flagstaff, Arizona by @intuitiveintegrationaz

✨Meet Intuitive Integration - one of our incredible new woman-owned business partners!✨

Founded by Destiny Frykenberg, Intuitive Integration is rooted in the intention of helping people feel more at home in their bodies.

Since 2013, Destiny has been offering safe, supportive touch for those navigating chronic pain, seeking nervous system regulation, or simply needing a space to reconnect.

Through Thai yoga massage and Reiki, she offers her hands as a space of support and a channel to gently guide people back to their own innate healing power.

Originally from South Carolina, Destiny says these mountains feel like home — and we’re so grateful they led her here. She shares, “I’m blessed to do what I love, and I love what I do.” That love shines through in everything she creates. She’s not only a gifted practitioner, but also an inspiring artist, with an art studio adjacent to her massage studio, always exploring whatever medium speaks to her.

Destiny believes that movement is the ultimate medicine. She loves to dance, play with flow props, and immerse herself in creative expression — from dragon staff, silk fans, curtain tassels, and hoops to her newest love: kung fu sword. She lives yoga not just as asana, but as a way of moving through every thought and step of the day. She also loves festivals, live music, and the incredible Flagstaff community!

We’re thrilled to have Destiny as a featured partner at the upcoming Wellness Edit on April 19th, where she’ll be offering mini Thai yoga massages and Reiki sessions. And as a special gift to our community, anyone who books their first full session will receive 20% off. 💛

Please join us in welcoming Intuitive Integration to The Beauty Boost family! We can’t wait for you to experience the healing, artistry, and heart Destiny brings to this community. Make sure to follow @intuitiveintegrationaz to learn more. by @intuitiveintegrationaz

YOU are the healer.

Rest and relaxation don’t have to cost anything.

Step outside and befriend your surroundings. Leave distractions behind.

Focus on what’s happening through all your senses. This can deeply ground you in the present and clear a lot of gunk that gets clogged in our channels and the field around us.

I’m so thankful we’re surrounded by so much nature. Northern Arizona has been such a blessing to my nervous system—and a solution to chronic pain I carried for years.

This world of ours, it never stops moving. In an age of social media, we are bombarded with so much. Giving your head space to rest IS medicine.

Face, scalp, and neck massage gently quiet the mind while releasing stored tension you may not even realize you’re carrying.

This work supports:
• Nervous system regulation
• Tension release in the jaw, temples & neck
• A sense of calm, clarity, and grounding
• Deeper, more restful sleep

When the head relaxes, the body follows.

If massage isn’t accessible right now, there are still ways to come home to yourself. Step outside, lie in the sun, and let the breeze move over you. Try a yoga nidra on YouTube, or explore simple self-massage techniques.

Any moment you give to your peace of mind is time well invested.

I’m so happy to be walking into spring, and into the countdown to @mosaic.gathering . This will be my third year, and my first as a creator. Our community, this land, this weaving together of so many humans and ideas— creates endless space for conversations , connection, authenticity, inspiration, growth, safety, and boundless possibility.

This year I offer a colorful space to sit with your thoughts. I’ve painted a mantra. One for humanity to visualize, together. May we manifest beautiful things with our thoughts, for all beings. May we find ways to create calming currents that surround and protect our sisters and brothers in this current state of the world.

I’ll also be offering a few mini Thai-yoga bodywork sessions over the weekend. It’s been a favorite setting of mine to practice massage in years past. It is truly a land that resets. I’m so happy to be apart of this, friends. I can not wait to play and dance under the stars again ✨🧚‍♀️🖼️🎨🪩⚡️

If you’re looking to connect with other epic people, play with creativity and flow, and find a space to express joy, grief, and everything in between, join us. It would be a gift to both you and this planet. Link for tickets and more info in bio!
