Celebrated my business turning 5 (!!) this past Saturday. I came here on Saturday to reflect and watch the sunset at one of my new favorite spots in LA. Every year I come back to my why, which I’m sharing here. I wrote this shortly before launching my business as my north star to come back to, and whenever I read it I am reminded of how magical this whole journey has been.

Entrepreneurship is the most intuitive journey I’ve ever been on - it’s taken me to my depths and also expanded me to places I never dreamed I’d be apart of. I’m so grateful to the version of me five years ago that was shaking hitting “post” on her Insta to take a chance on herself, and every version that has showed up since.

It lead me all here - to you, to this journey, and all the people I’ve gotten to experience and learn through. Thank you so much for trusting me to be the one you receive guidance from. It’s the experience of a lifetime, and it really does feel like I’m just getting started. They say every overnight success story takes 10 years, so I’m halfway there 😉

If you needed a sign to take the chance, I really hope you do. The world needs your magic and light, always. You never know where it might take you, and if there’s any year to take the chance it feels like 2026 is THE year! 🌞 taken in Los Angeles, California by @intuitivelybridget

Had one of the absolute favorite moments of my career this weekend. Definitely a “how did I get here, but here I am” moment.

I was invited to speak at @dandelion_art_studio first ever Art First Symposium, which also happened to sell out!

My session was on Intuition, Gut Knowing, and Ethical Clinical Practice. I got to share my story, have a great conversation with Caroline Tye on intuition in a clinical practice, and then lead the audience through a meditation and letter-to-your-inner-artist activity.

It truly was a dream day, dream session, and it lit a fire in me to continue showing up for this work.

I not only loved being able to be one of the presenters, but LOVED learning from renowned art therapists and being able to enter into a world that is different from my own, but also not so different.

Five years ago when I was teaching high school history, I dreamed of the day I’d be able to teach what I wanted to a room full of people that were open to listening.

When I came home from the symposium, this last slide is what I found on my facebook memories. Two years ago to the day, I had been at Pinterest leading a workshop and wrote this down.

I feel the same now, two years later. I hope everyone gets to feel this way at some point too.

Scenes from Domino Park last night 📝 I wrote out my “I Want” list. I do this every so often to return to what I actually want and desire, and also to remember what I have now is what I deeply once wanted

I’m referencing the last six weeks here because today is officially the end of eclipse season. Eclipse season happens twice a year for six weeks at a time, and it opens a portal into our future or makes life so incredibly REAL we cannot ignore it

You may have received a glimpse into your future on what you desire (personally, two of my best friends got married this season, it was definitely a glimpse into the love I want too!), or it could have showed you something you DON’T want, a sense of losing control, a health issue (ya gal has also been getting consistent migraines, trust me I do NOT want these), and exposing what’s ready to change

Write this list without the “yes, but” caveat. You can truly write this without the feeling of “but I’m okay if it doesn’t work out!!”. Nope, we’re over that!

You got this. You deserve this. Go get your adventure.

One week in NYC ❤️ my best friend got married to her best friend and there wasn’t a dry eye in the house. Brit + I met when we were placed at the same school in Madrid together in 2015, and to see her marry her best friend (who I’m also lucky enough to call a friend) was one of the most special moments I’ve been able to witness. These two make me believe in love.

I’ve also been meeting up with friends who I’ve met at various stages of life, and what I love about this city is the type of people it attracts. I always leave invigorated and love the inspiration it fosters

There have been multiple times this trip where I’ve taken a moment to be deeply aware of the fact I will miss these days. I wish I could live them for the first time again already. I don’t take it for granted

I’ve been writing away over on my @livetheknowing Substack too, and would love to see you there. My goal is to write one article a week and see where it takes me. My goal is also to have more creative freedom here on Instagram, and I’m calling it my “throw spaghetti at the wall” days.

Creativity + intuition go hand in hand, and I’m not sure they’re actually any different from one another. Excited to see where they take me ❤️ I hope they’re taking you somewhere, too taken in New York, New York by @intuitivelybridget

Gooood morning! Repurposing my stories from today on what this week feels like. We’re in between eclipses, and this time is notorious for all of the above ^

The liminal space is what’s to be honored here, to be handled with care. This can be EXCITING too. I’m personally going to two weddings this season that are for two of my longest and most cherished friends.

It’s wild to think that we grew up together, and now they’re growing in their own way. It’s bittersweet (mostly sweet!!) to actually think about, and it reminds me that change is beautiful and these milestones are filled with nuance for everyone involved. It’s what I love about this life, and getting to witness yourself and the people you surround yourself with at various stages.

I just moved back home from almost a year in LA too, which has been one of the biggest exhales after a year of expansion. So much to write about this, but definitely still digesting!

So, wherever you are, it’s okay to be here, now. To sit with whatever is showing up for you and honor the fact that this, too, gets to become part of your story.

I turned 34 (!!) this past weekend and took myself out on an artist’s date for the whole day at the @gettymuseum

I also unintentionally took the month off posting on here, and will be back! I feel a part of my 34th year will be creating slowly, intentionally, and seasonally without the pressure to be “on” all the time. When I look at art in these museums, that’s what these artists remind me of.

It feels freeing to say the least! I recorded this video last month on my stories, and feel that birthdays are portals that help us remember that we are all on our own timeline. What’s most important is how your life feels to you, not how it looks to others. It’s what I want to embrace more of going into this next year too.

So here’s to another chapter and blank page, I can’t wait to see what this next year has in store 🌞 you’ll definitely be seeing me more on Substack @livetheknowing too ✍️ taken in Getty Museum by @intuitivelybridget

A mood board of what July feels like ❤️

I turn 34 (!!) this month and every time a birthday comes around, I see it as a portal. The days leading up to it being reflective, the day itself becoming the threshold, and the days after catapulting and transforming me into what this new year and its promise can bring.

As I inch closer to this birthday, I’m making some big decisions that might look like “falling behind” to some, but I’m wise enough to know that they’re actually catapulting me forward.

Grab your journal, cards if you have them and let’s embark on a whimsy journey together! 🌿

I love to do this activity around the turning of each season. It’s a great way to get out of the logical mind and into a playful energy to witness your story unfold.

If you’re ever confused on your purpose, remember it’s usually tied to play 🧚 what lit you up as a kid? Who would you be if you were the main character in your story? Who would you be if you knew you could always make the change? Most importantly, who are you already and how can you shine these gifts out into the world?

Sharing insights around the energies for June and what I’m noticing in sessions lately 🍉

There is SO much around the corner that you might not have been aware of in the first place because sometimes we forget how powerful we are.

I love this song for these energies too. “You’re the end of June”. You are that feeling. You give this feeling to others. You BELONG in that room.

When you arrive in this room, remember that you deserve to be there. You were worthy as the seed, and you’re worthy as the fullness of the tree you’ve grown into.

Enjoy the sweetness of this all and what this time can open for you. Let yourself savor this.

There’s no need to over perform once you’re here either. You were always worthy, and you never know what’s right around the corner.
