POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I'm a bit late posting this but last year I got to work on a show called Twenty Twenty Six and I had a blast!

I was at the table read on day 1 and my shoot day was the last of the whole production. I missed everything in between but it was happy to be part of such a great project.

John Morton the writer, director is incredible and the cast we're impeccable! You can watch the show on BBC but here are my bits for episode 5.

Hats off to @greg_lockett and @jasonkelleractor who nail their delivery and make me laugh out loud every time I watch this. by @ionebutler

This is wild! A study of 28,000 people found that those under high stress who didn't believe it was harmful had the lowest death risk of anyone—even lower than people with low stress.

Will you be replaced by AI? 🤖

Three months ago, I was convinced AI was going to make me obsolete. I watched voice clones and digital actors start to pop up and honestly, I spiralled. But then I looked at the actual data.

The Reality Check:
Trust: 73% of people trust AI content less than human work.

Preference: 3 in 4 people still want a human behind the stories they consume.

Edge: AI can imitate a voice, but it can't replicate lived experience or empathy.

I’m sharing the practical shifts I’ve made to move from fear to empowerment, including the specific ways I use AI to handle the boring stuff so I can focus on being human.
