The entrance sets the tone for everything that follows. Stone, steel, and mature olive trees, each element considered long before the first stone was laid.

This is what it looks like when architecture is designed from the inside out.

After 14 years of growth, experience, and refining our approach, we’re excited to introduce the new IR Architecture & Interiors.

Same commitment to craft. Same hands-on approach. A refined identity that reflects who we are today and where we’re headed next.

Because great design is about more than how a space looks — it’s about how it feels. Welcome to the next chapter.

Warm finishes, open sky, and a stone fireplace that grounds the entire space. Architecture at this level isn't about adding more, it's about knowing exactly what belongs.

Behind every render is a job site. Behind every job site is a family waiting to come home. The Ravioli residence in Pacific Palisades, a 3,000 square foot fire rebuild, is taking shape. This is where it stands today.

Tucked into the hills of Agoura Hills, Lobo Canyon was designed to disappear into its landscape. Walls of glass, warm wood, and stone that mirrors the canyon outside. Every room was built around the view.

Quiet luxury is evolving. The most considered homes being designed right now are moving beyond restraint and toward something with more depth, more personality, and more intention. Richer materials, layered textures, and spaces that reflect who the client actually is. At IR Architecture & Interiors, that level of intentionality has always been the standard.

The most expensive mistake you can make when building a custom home is designing for a trend that has already peaked. The houses selling for top dollar today were designed years ago. At IR Architecture & Interiors, we design for where the market is going, so by the time your home is complete, it is exactly where it needs to be.

Marble, brass, and a little bit of stillness. A detail from our work on the Robin project, where every surface earns its place.

Our project partners have range. This season IR teamed up with Crest and Feffer for the Architecture and Engineering softball league, and the run took us all the way to the championship. Turns out the trust that gets a project done works just as well at home plate. 🥎

From the moment you arrive to the moment you step inside, nothing is left to chance. This is the Corona Del Mar residence in Pacific Palisades.

A recessed door does one thing better than any other entry detail. It disappears. No casing, no frame, no interruption. Just a clean flush plane that makes the wall feel continuous until the moment it opens.
