Every team we work with gets a second team: us.

We spend time with the people doing the work, find where AI can take weight off, and build it to fit them.

Then we keep working on it with them.

Newly built in Brentwood, a contemporary estate composed around the horizon, with views from Downtown to the Pacific.

At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, a serene water feature and bespoke landscaping lead into interiors layered in travertine, warm woods, glass, and water. At the center, 110 linear feet of 11-foot motorized glass disappears completely, turning the great room into an open-air retreat above the city.

The kitchen centers on four stone islands with Gaggenau appliances and a concealed chef’s kitchen, alongside formal dining and an ocean-facing library. Upstairs, four en-suite bedrooms, including the primary retreat, open to a continuous wraparound terrace with uninterrupted views.

Below, a media lounge and illuminated bar, a temperature-controlled wine room, a cinematic theater, and a glass-enclosed fitness studio with steam and sauna. Outside, a 60-foot zero-edge infinity pool and spa dissolve into the hills, while a rooftop deck and bar open to a 270-degree panorama of the Getty, the Downtown skyline, the mountains, and the Santa Monica coastline.

With architecture by IR Architects and developed by Colossal Properties, the residence offers five bedrooms, eleven baths, and approximately 13,210 square feet on Chickory Lane.

Rooftop bar, infinity pool, or the open-air great room: where does your day begin?

A closer look inside the primary retreat of this newly constructed 2026 estate on Chickory Lane in Brentwood, where privacy, scale, and uninterrupted views come together high above Los Angeles.

Set within approximately 13,210 square feet of living space, the five-bedroom residence was conceived around the horizon, with monumental walls of glass framing views stretching from Downtown to the Pacific. This walkthrough moves through the primary bedroom, bath, and walk-in closet, while the suite opens to a continuous wraparound terrace and occupies one of the home’s most commanding vantage points.

Beyond the primary retreat, 110 linear feet of 11-foot motorized glass transform the great room into an open-air setting above the city. The residence also features a kitchen with four stone islands and a concealed chef’s kitchen, an ocean-facing library and office, cinematic theater, illuminated bar, temperature-controlled wine room, fitness studio, steam and sauna, and a four-stop elevator.

Outside, a 60-foot zero-edge infinity pool and spa, multiple lounge and fire areas, outdoor kitchen, flat lawn, and rooftop deck with 270-degree views spanning the Getty, Downtown skyline, surrounding mountains, and Santa Monica coastline complete the experience.

An extraordinary convergence of architecture, atmosphere, and effortless functionality in Brentwood.
