Being older doesn’t mean we lose our sensuality. As women our bodies go through a lot of changes as we age; but to me; sensuality is a state of being, it comes from within. We don’t stop being a woman just because we’re older. Embrace that woman within.

Sending love all the women here. 🧡

Today is the eve of Chinese New Year & it’s also my Chinese birthday. 🧧 I was born with a red birthmark on my leg & it’s probably because of the red paper used for the new year decorations for good luck. My mother used to tell me that. 😆 She must have been putting up the red paper & 1 of them got pasted on my leg! She said luckily it wasn’t on my face. 😂

Let me celebrate this day with one of the photos I like very much from my Hoop photoshoot. I’m very new to hoop & it’s crazy for me to attempt a shoot. When I started to learn this in a routine in class; I refused to go over the hoop. 😂 I was just standing there & holding onto the strap at the top. I have to thank @charleneleung for her patience & encouragement; & somehow I managed to get over my silly fear. 😅

I’m officially 56 & this is how I want to live my in my late 50s. ☺️ To be fearless; & overcome my fears in all I do. I wanna pursue the little joys in my life, to dance, to move, to lift, to be strong. We maybe older, we maybe ageing, but let’s not limit ourselves because we can choose how we age; we can choose how we live.

Let’s celebrate Chinese New Year & celebrate life. 🙏❤️ Let this Spring Festival brings you hope, joy & a new beginning. 🧧

We have about 9 days to the end of the year; let’s do a few things here.

Stop hating yourself, stop hurting yourself, be kinder to yourself & love you for who you are. ❤️

Practice gratitude; give thanks for all you have, despite of all that happened.🙏🏼

Never compare yourself to others for you do not know their struggles, their stories. 💜

Don’t wait for the new year to make new changes. Begin now so you’ll have a head start in the new year. ☀️

Smile more, laugh more, move more, love more. ❤️❤️❤️ You are beautiful, you are enough.

Slinky Bootcamp 2 graduating performance video.

I was unwell on the graduating day & spent half a day at the hospital. I was very disappointed; why of all days??!! I know these things happen. Anyway, I need a closure! So here it is, not perfect but I only did one video; that’s it! 😆 And I only used the combos I learnt from the BC & added my own ending.

Thank you to all our laoshis @dionne_pxd @wei.uphigh and @louis_pxdpolesg . I gained a lot from this BC & somehow what we learnt in BC1 made sense now. 🤭 I had a great time & hope all of you had fun teaching us too. 🤩🧡🥰

Song : Sweet Love from @vintageexplosion (unplugged)
When I first heard this song I fell in love with it & I knew I’d dance to it someday. 🧡

Slinky O’Sch with @ch.flw ; her debut class. Lovely chorey; thank you. Looking forward to more with you @ch.flw .🥰🤩

Tonight wardrobe issues; with flying nipple tape & near exposure; had to put on real clothes so I could dance with peace of mind. 😂

Heels & Chair by THE LOUSHI!! What a challenge!! 😅 Think it’s my first time doing chair & pole with heels. So scared of falling that I cut short some moves. 🤣 sorry Loushi! Thank you for letting us try this & coming up with a different choreo. ❤️
