THANK YOU for showing up, not to perform or be perfect, but to feel what happens when we move together.

Across countries, we came back to the same ground: hands down, bodies listening, people supporting people.

We build strength, mobility and courage: The courage to start, try again and let others cheer us on.

Keep showing up for your people. And keep making space for others to do the same. 🌍🐾

Thank you, Animal Flow family.
AND SEE YOU NEXT YEAR! 💕

⬇️

From us Regional Leaders, with love:

"Movement is life. It’s the Animal Flow community that makes it even more alive." — Vienna @vienna_goh

"Animal Flow is not just about what I do; it is who I’m with! The community has a strong bond, and I know we are going to push it to new heights together!"💪— Aiden @aidentansc

"Nothing I love more than building strength and feeling the power of moving alongside my people." — Miranti @fit.to.flow

⬇️

@h0neyz and @sumacono — Thank you for backing me up in taking lots of footage so I could come up with this! 🎥✨

❤️ to @mikefitch.af and @animalflowofficial

Check out the reviews from our recent intake of Movement Optimization Certification with Mai-Linh @mai_rehabu from Rehab-U!

🙌🏻 «It is one of the most holistic courses designed i have attended so far. From the notes, to the video presentations and post course support.»

🙌🏻 «Mai was a very comprehensive and organised trainer and had a wealth of experience to share and help us to understand what a client might need»

🙌🏻 «Good mix of theory and hands on experience to assess and try out exercises»

🙌🏻 «Online video covers a good foundation of theory and practical, the face-to-face helps me put everything into practice»

🙌🏻 «Assessing movements and postures to more accurately decide what needs to be done to help them move better rather than just addressing symptoms!»

🙌🏻 «Immediate application of Rehab approaches in existing training methodology»

🙌🏻 «Thanks @mai_rehabu for the knowledge shared 🙌🏽 my clients definitely will benefit from this! @fitasia_official simply the best! 🙌🏽»

Short but sweet 2.5 weeks home after 16 months abroad 💕 Glad to see all my family, friends again. To dance all day & to eat my Yakun kaya toast 😂 Didn’t had the time to meet everyone but I’ll be back soon. This visit back was a lot of self reflection for my next journey in life 🥸 à bientôt 🙂
