I decided to go to Australia on a whim. Almost bailed when I saw how expensive the visa was, but decided to trust the process anyway. Moved in quite spontaneously with Clem and Bridge — who I met on a random night out in Bali a couple of years ago and hadn’t seen since then (now they’re literally the best roommates and friends I could ever ask for).
Landed a job within two weeks (a wild story for another time…), and somehow it turned out to be the coolest job ever with really amazing colleagues.
Moral of the story: Trust your intuitions, it somehow always works out. by @iraa_3

5 things about Antigua that you didn’t know:

1. Cinnamon is put on everything (I couldn’t be more serious, EVERYTHING!!)
2. Clearest water I have EVER seen
3. Shirley Heights!!!!!
4. Once a year you’ll meet a bunch of crazy people who just rowed all the way across the ATLANTIC OCEAN
5. Bus / Taxi drivers are as high as a kite

I’ve been meaning to write a post about Antigua for over 6 months, but I don’t know how to wrap up the fact that my brother crossed the Atlantic in a rowing boat. Please buy the boat from him before he does it again. Please. taken in Antigua and Barbuda by @iraa_3
