Hello, beautiful souls! 🌿✨ Whether you have been in my circle for years or you just arrived here today, I want to welcome you with open arms to this sacred, creative sanctuary. I’m sitting right here in front of my little backyard garden studio, which was purposely built as a mini sanctuary where Mother Earth’s loving energy is strong. It is among the trees, the flowers, and the wild birds that I feel most connected, and it is that exact frequency that makes its way onto my canvases and into my paintbrushes to share with you. 🌸🐝 My name is Irene. I am a proud Filipina, an abstract intuitive artist, a creator of sacred spaces, and a deep believer that our lives are a masterpiece in progress. Bringing the warmth of my heritage, my love for community, and the resilience of my roots into this creative space is such a vital, beautiful layer of who I am. 🎨🇵🇭🏡 If you are new to my world, here are three things that lie at the very heart of everything we co-create here: The Language of Layers: My art is a reflection of life itself—rich, textured, and full of history. I believe every layer we paint (and every chapter we live) holds a profound purpose. Your Divine Magnificence: I don’t just paint to create pretty decor. I create art, affirmations, and correspondence cards to act as a mirror, reminding you of your own beautiful, infinite light. 🌌💖 Harmonic Flow: In our beautiful second act of life, we are learning to let go of rigid control and step into a natural rhythm of ease, healing, and alignment. 🌊💫 Whether you are here to explore my Art Affirmations Membership, find a soulful hand-embellished card in The Card Shop, or simply seek a daily pocket of peace, I am so incredibly grateful to walk this creative path alongside you. 🤝🕊️ Now, I would love to hear from you! Where in the world are you tuning in from, and what brought you to our circle? 🌸📖 Let’s connect and introduce ourselves in the comments below! 👇✨ . . . #intuitiveart #intuitiveartist #filipinoartist taken in Seattle, Washington by @ireneshimizuart

Love is the answer to every question the soul asks. ✨ As I pin this collection to the top of my page today, on Valentine’s Day, I am reflecting on the energy that fuels every single mark I make. To me, art is not just about color or technique—it is an act of deep, unconditional love. It is the way I honor the Divine Magnificence that lives within all of us. 🎨💖 I co-create with the Universe to translate the whispers of the heart into something we can see and touch. Every layer of ink, every splash of gold, and every delicate swirl is a prayer of gratitude. I believe that love is the highest vibration we can carry, and my mission is to anchor that frequency into every piece of art I share with the world. 🌿🙏 In my “second act,” I have learned that loving ourselves enough to follow our intuition is where the true magic begins. My work is an invitation for you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your own Higher Self. Whether it is a celestial vision or a quiet floral detail, I want you to feel seen, held, and reminded of your own beauty. 💫✨ This carousel is a window into my world and a portfolio of the soul. It represents my journey of finding beauty everywhere and my belief that we are all interconnected. When you look at these pieces, I hope you feel the spark of hope and faith that I poured into them. 🤝❤️ Today, I celebrate the love that connects us all—the love for the earth, for each other, and for the creative spirit that never stops unfolding. 🌬️🌈 Welcome to my gallery. I am so grateful our paths have intertwined today. You can explore more of my work, prints, and my affirmation membership through the link in my bio. 🔗✨What is one thing your heart is loving today? From a whisper of an idea to a fully realized art piece... 🎨✨ Every piece of art travels its own unique path. It begins as a quiet nudge—a color combination, a fleeting memory, or a gentle whisper of an idea waiting to take form. 🌿💭 Then comes the magic of the process. Stepping into the studio, pouring pigment, guiding the medium, and trusting the Language of Layers. There are always moments of uncertainty where you have to let go of expectations and allow the painting to lead the way into its own Harmonic Flow. 🌌🖌️ And finally, the moment of completion—when all those deliberate, intuitive layers settle into place, revealing a creation filled with depth, story, and Divine Magnificence. ✨ Bringing art into the world during this Second Act continuously reminds me to honor every step of the journey, not just the finished piece. 🕯️💖 Which part of the journey speaks to you most—that initial spark of inspiration, the messiness of the process, or seeing the final result? 📖👇 Let me know in the comments below! 👇✨ . . . . . #intuitiveart #filipinoartist #seattleartist taken in Seattle, Washington by @ireneshimizuart

I’ve been seeing this trend pop up all over my feed lately, so you know I couldn’t resist giving it a try myself! 🍫✨ And let’s be honest—dark chocolate is an absolute, non-negotiable part of my “artistic routine”! 😋🎨 Whether I’m sitting down to sketch or stepping up to a fresh canvas, nourishing the soul (and the sweet tooth!) is how we keep that Harmonic Flow going. Creating should always be rooted in joy, playfulness, and a little bit of delicious comfort. 🌿💖 In this Second Act, I’m all about embracing the fun, trying new things, and finding inspiration in the sweetest everyday moments! ✨ What is your absolute favorite treat or snack to keep you energized while you create or work? 📖👇 Tell me in the comments below! 👇✨ . . #intuitiveart #filipinoartist #seattleartist taken in Seattle, Washington by @ireneshimizuart

Welcome back to Explore Art With Me! 🏛️✨ EPISODE 4 This time, we are at the breathtaking Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza looking at Camille Pissarro’s Rue Saint-Honoré in the Afternoon. Effect of Rain. 🎨🇫🇷 At first glance, it looks like a typical, rainy Parisian street scene filled with carriages and bustling energy. But look a little closer at those flags fluttering in the distance... what if this image is actually capturing a monumental political moment? 🇫🇷🌧️ Those flags weren’t just decorative—they were raised for a national celebration following profound political change. Pissarro wasn’t simply painting daily life; he was documenting a city in the middle of a deep transformation. 🏙️💫 This isn’t just a street scene. It is history happening quietly right before our eyes. Through the Language of Layers, Pissarro preserved a fleeting second of transformation, giving us a front-row seat to a celebration frozen in time. 🕯️🌌 When we look back on our own lives and our Second Act, it’s often those quiet, everyday moments that carry the deepest shifts and transformation. 🌿✨ Have you ever captured a photo or painted a moment that felt simple at the time, but now feels like a piece of your own personal history? 📖👇 Share your memories in the comments below! 👇✨ . . . . #intuitiveart #filipinoartist #museum #art taken in Museo Nacional Thyssen-Bornemisza by @ireneshimizuart

Rolling into a brand new season with momentum and joy! 🛼🍂✨ Today is September 30th, the official start of the last quarter of the year. There’s something so magical about this shift—a fresh breeze, a change in tempo, and an invitation to gather our energy for these final three months. 🍁💫 Gliding through my Seattle studio on my roller skates, surrounded by canvases from my New Journey collection, is my way of leaning into that joy! It’s a playful reminder to keep things moving, stay grounded in your body, and welcome every new season with an open heart. 🎨💖 This is our moment to reflect on how far we’ve come in this Second Act, celebrate the layers we’ve built, and push forward with intentional purpose into the rest of the year. When you align with your own Harmonic Flow, transitioning into a new season feels less like a scramble and more like a graceful glide. 🌌🛼🕯️ Let’s carry this vibrant, creative energy right through to December! How are you choosing to roll into this final stretch of the year? What are you focusing on as Autumn begins? 📖👇 Tell me in the comments below! 👇✨ . . . . #intuitiveartist #intuitiveart #filipinoartist Rolling into a brand new season with momentum and joy! 🛼🍂✨ Today is September 30th, the final doorway into Autumn and the official start of the last quarter of the year.
